I`ve given the hotel an excellent rating because of the customer service I received from a young lady at reception who was so welcoming on arrival and so understanding and helpful when I lost my parking ticket this morning. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff always pleasant.

Our stay was great and it was very useful and convenient to use the shuttle to the airport. They were always efficient and helped with information too. The rooms and lobby were very well decorated and we felt secure with needing the key to get to the elevators to our room. We would recommend your hotel to others coming to Ireland.

One night stay 18th-19th June 2011. On the whole a fantastic hotel with very helpful staff (apart from 1 female on reception who could do with some customer relations training! didn`t deal with myself but observed her with a family trying to check in, if it were me I would have complained!). Rooms very clean and a fab size, food and service in general was exceptional, a sign in the bathrooms indicating how to use the plug in the sink would be helpful!!! eventually worked it out, but not the most obvious. Shuttle bus to airport fantastic, every 20 mins and it`s free!!. would recommend anyone to stay, just get checked in by the male staff ! .

I found the staff in all areas of the hotel friendly and very helpful/ The rooms wre comfortable and very well maintained. A most enjoyable stay.

It was a bit difficult to find the hotel by car. It is an airport hotel, therefore guest are coming in late afternoon. The hotel rooms are clean, service at the bar / restaurant is good and not far away from the Dublin City. I would recommend this hotel for 1 - 2 nights.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable, I found it clean and well appointed.I loved the fact that everything was clearly labelled and I liked the steam resistant mirror in the bathroom. Half an hour for check out was a bit painful, I was surpriised there were only two receptionists at the desk at such an obviously busy time and day....

the staff and hotel are amonst the best ive ever stayed at. the hotel is slightly outside dublin city tho that wasnt the problem it was the amount of toll plasas between the hotel and the city and back that was the problem.the food was top stuff and you couldnt ask for friendier staff tho i do think that 8euro topark overnight even tho your staying is a bit much. all and all the expierience was perfect and i will be staying again shortly

definitely a nice atmosphere but the lack of hot water was disapointing as well as the noise level at night.

This hotel was lovely. On arrival we asked for a smoking room as my sister smokes. When we got to the room it really smelt of smoke. We went back to reception and asked for a non smoking room. There was no problem and we were given a lovely room. There was tea making facilities and an alarm call. We had something to eat in the bar which was lovely, and all the staff including the shuttle driver were lovely. We did stay at another Airport hotel in February and were not impressed at all. So Congratulations to all the staff at Bewleys and we do hope to use your services again and will no doubt recommend you to our friends.

A good night but tainted by the fact that wife`s handbag was stolen.

the room was very quiet and dark perfect for sleeping ,the bed was comfortable

wouldn`t stay or park at any other hotel in the dublin airport area as Bewleys hotel and parking facilities are first class

Very efficent reception staff and freindly and courteous when ordering food in the bar.

Room a very good size and spotless. I travelled with 5 children and had an interconnecting room which was ideal. Staff very helpful and polite. Only downside was having to pay for parking and car parking spaces were very very tight.

Excellent rate, delicious food excellent service punctual shuttle service. A great start to a holiday. Will use it again.

Excellent location for airport parking with a 24hour free shuttle bus,will use again when flying from Dublin airport. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms comfortable and clean

The room was a good size with a typical hotel layout but a little above average for comfort in this price range. The bathroom had an excellent shower / bath and was clinically clean. Did not have time for breakfast so no comment.

The total experience was fantastic. All staff were very polite and helpfull. The room was fantastic. Would recomend to anyone thinking to book, just do it and enjoy.

I stay in Bewleys Dublin Airport Hotel on a regular basis and the facilities are excellent and perfectly situated for my needs. The thing that changed my rating to good is the fact that the food menu isn`t really teenager friendly. I find that the food on the children`s menu is not substanial enough for a growing teenager but on the other hand there are few plain and simple choices on the main menu.

I had a very nice stay, staff particularly in the restaurant were very friendly and the room was nice and clean. My credit card however was charged for 150 euro on arrival and afterwards I did not receive any receipt I wonder if this is normal practice?

Staff quite unfriendly and were very quick to dismiss requests or to be of help.wouldn`t stay again for that reason as we didn`t feel well looked after.

An excellent hotel , huge & relaxing lounge in which we thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal.Our room was large & comfortable . Wouldnt stay anywhere else in Dublin now we have found "you". The courtesy coach to the airport was a nice bonus. Staff very friendly.10/10 x And tremendous value particularly on a 6 nations (rugby) weekend.

The hotel is very clean , with friendly staff. The rooms are good with the beds some of the most comfortable I have slept in. The courteousy bus to and from the airport is regular and a helpful link. The downside is the breakfast - not good value for money!
