We arrived 3 hours before check in but our room was available and we able to have it early. Friendly staff, room was very clean and comfortable. Lots of choice at breakfast. We will definitely use Clayton crown again when we see another show! Thank you!

Beautiful hotel buildings. Breakfast fab. Enjoyed luxury cream tea at the hotel. Parked at hotel for £15 a night. Took bus no 16 straight to Victoria for Wicked musical. Caught tube from Kilburn (ten min walk from hotel) into the West End the previous day. Hotel bedroom has air con you control so room didn`t get too hot as is often the case.

Very clean. Friendly staff room was massive and awesome had everything u needed.

Couldn`t fault hotel at all, location & parking were a bonus. We didn`t use the facilities as we hadn`t time, busy schedule. Checking out, nearly had heartattack, gentleman receptionist said I hadn`t paid and wanted to charge me again on checking again he admitted he`d made error , relief..... great overall

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff are very polite, breakfast staff was rushing around trying to accommodate people, could of done with more staff to help out, the food was nice.

We found the hotel to meet all our needs, the reception / bar area are beautiful! The rooms are functional but not as well maintained as the reception areas! The service from staff is faultless!

A good stay, Crown Pub in the lobby served decent bar food. It is a fair walk to the tube and isn`t that central (about 40 mins to theatre) so worth bearing in mind for timings.

The room was very comfortable well equipped and quiet.The hotel public amenities` were generally good. During our the 3 night stay, we had one breakfast which was good, with a range of cooked and continental choices. We also dined in the Pan Asian restaurant one evening and had a very enjoyable meal. The only other choice for evening dining was from the bar menu, as there was no other option available, this may be a minus point if guests intend to eat every evening in the hotel. We also had a `cream tea, which was excellent!The biggest plus for this hotel is the outstanding staff, who were helpful, friendly and very considerate in attending to all our needs.

Lovely hotel , shame didn`t take swim wear . Booked this due to car parking but wish I had just paid for 24 hour parking close to a hotel near the theatres. So much time wasted navigating the transport in and out of the city centre, and especially when only there overnight . Our room huge and stylish , bathroom also huge and stylish. Definitely recommend if staying out of the city.

Luxury hotel situated a few miles from the west end, loved our stay. The rooms were spacious and well decorated and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would def come back and stay here again.

I wasn`t expecting the Hotel to be so nice to be honest. The receptionist was so helpful, the room was fabulous, even though I did miss an outside window to open. Breakfast was amazing. My two sons and I just had a great stay and when we are able to have another treat up in London, will will most definitely want to stay at the Clayton! Thank you!

Lovely relaxing he`ll, perfect for our sightseeing around London. Breakfast lovely, the staff are excellent. Swimming pool heated & right next to our room.! & a good nights sleep!

Hotel and Theatre were too far away from each other

Nice hotel but an hour nearly away from the theatre!!! This wasn`t clear at the time of booking. Lovely hotel though, but in a pretty rough area

Clayton Crown Hotel is lovely, although a "bit in the sticks" The rooms were clean, equipped well and the beds were comfy.All staff were very pleasant and helpful from when we arrived to when we left. The bar/food area very pleasant too.I recommend an Uber Taxi any day!!! Quick and convenient to get around and relatively cheap too.

Very welcoming. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful. Did not expect such high quality for the price I paid.

Lovely room, well presented and maintained. We had an issue with the air conditioning not being effective but the night receptionist on duty kindly provided a mobile unit. The breakfast in the Panasia restaurant, however, was well worth the £12 and wildly exceeded our expectations. And once we had decifered how the shower worked we were more than happy!

very comfortable stay rooms were very clean and good facilities inside the room apart from plug sockets hard to use and one was broken. over all good stay would stay again.

The hotel wasn`t to bad I had flaking paint hanging off in my room

we travelled down the M40 and the hotel was easy to get once off the motorway. On arrival we found a very impressive reception area with friendly staff. We had a double & a triple room and both rooms were spacious with comfy beds & fabulous big bathrooms. The hotel was lovely & quiet and we all slept well. We opted for the breakfast & were spoilt for choice - a super spread of both continental & cooked choices. The carpark was under the hotel & only cost £15 for the night. Although Kilburn tube station is a good walk away, the tube route to the theatre was hassle free & so proved to be a good base for our break. I would recommend this hotel & I would definitely return!

With the exception of their being a little bit of unrepaired plasterwork in our room this hotel is absolutely super. Staff helpful and friendly, lovely surroundings, safe car park, leisure facilities, super food. Great value for money as well! Would not hesitate to visit again or recommend.

We left feeling somewhat disappointed. The rooms where very average and our shower was quite poor.The biggest disappointment was the Pan Asia restaurant. As a restauranteur myself i thought the service was very poor and painfully slow. Customers around us were getting up to take their own menu`s from the bar, our drinks took for ages in what was not a particularly busy restaurant but most annoyingly was a warm bottle of Champagne just sat on top of an ice bucket. For me the number one question to our customers is would you come back again, sadly i have to say on this occasion i would certainly not.

Clean, spacious rooms. Gym a little dated and very stuffy. We had very noisy fellow guests disturbing our sleep in early hours.
