Comfortable room, close to metro (2 lines). Breakfast reasonable, but be aware all extras really cost. Don`t touch mini fridge as any movement of content automatically incurs a cost.

I stayed at the NOVOTEL for 2 nights with my partner and two young children it was lovely and the breakfast was beautiful and the options that were available really suited my family the full english breakfast option was lovely. The staff were efficent and polite and professional the only thing that was poor was the television had poor reception so half way through a programme it would flicker on and off and remote control had a mind of its own as to when it would work but otherwise would stay there again and would recommend it to family and friends.

The breakfast was not very hot, the plates in the warmer were cold.

Modern hotel, close to tube station with good facilities - second visit and would definitely use it again.

Our only issue was when my son was using the computers and told to get off as a lady wanted to look at her emails. If children arent to use them then there should be a sign, but as a guest i would expect him to have the same rights as adults.

Very nice clean hotel close to Hammersmith Station. The staff were very friendly and the food was good. It was good value for the money and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The above mentioned staff had great difficulty understanding english, either with drink orders or food orders. manners of some of the staff were very poor.They had problems with scottish money, and gave the wrong change sometimes.Reception staff were good. Room were decent enough. Food great.

Hotel and facilities very good. Excellent breakfast. Only down side was the bedrooms a little too warm.

Only stayed one night, very comfortable rooms of a good size. Very helpful staff and lovely breakfast the following morning. Not too far out from the centre theatre distric etc. Shot tube ride. Highly recommended!

The hotel its self was very nice but unfortunately there was problems with the air conditioning in our bedroom it wasnt working. I had booked a triple room for one night with my daughter and grand daughter, we reported the fault at 5pm when we arrived and were told it would be fixed during the evening.On our return at 11.30pm the room was even hotter we reported the problem again and eventually we were given another room at 12.30am which was no better resulting in a poor nights sleep this is not good enough for a 4 star hotel

a very good hotel welcoming and family friendly. polite staff and excellent breakfast despite the hotel being full. The rooms were very good and clean only downside was a hard bed and lack of pillows but would definatley stay there again.

A PERFECT BASE FOR OUR FIRST FAMILY VISIT TO LONDON

We (myself, husband, 2 kids aged 11 and 8) stayed at the Novotel London West in a family room for 2 nights during the February half term. The staff were friendly and helpful, the price was good and we all enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The location wasn`t as central as we would have liked and the walkway up to the first floor entrance was dark and isolated. The family room we had was clean and functional. Unfortunately, the room was very hot at night and the double bed was so incredibly hard and uncomfortable that we slept very badly.

Stayed at this hotel for my son`s 5th Birthday. From the moment of check in the staff were extremely friendly and really customer focused. Family room was spacious, clean and with the atruim view - very quiet. Breakfast was brilliant and I would not hesitate to go back.

Overall the hotel was very well presented. The breakfast had an excellent choice and was very fresh, however, the table service for resetting the tables needs looking at. We were directed to a recently vacated table which was dirty and then relaid if front of us minus a spoon, two cups, all the teaspoons. The previous occupants milk jug was left so when we finally approached a waitress to ask for a cup of tea we also had to ask for the cups to put it in and for our own milk! The previous morning we got the tea with no milk, so my daughter filled a ceral bowl and we used that!

Room for 2 adults and 2 children a bit tight when sofa beds were down, but very comfortable. better than expected.

we stayed here with the children on a christmas trip to london. We cannot fault the hotel or the staff - it was all excellent. the hotel is so covenient for sightseeing - hammersmith tube station is only a few minutes walk and the tube goes straight in to picaddili. we would def stay there again

Nice welcome, very friendly. Room reasonable size and beds comfortable, everything very clean. Only issue was bedroom was too warm and no thermostat control. Great buffet breakfast included in the rate, not possible to better it I expect. Good location hotel and clearly signposted from outside tube station. Will return when next in London.
