The room was quiet, clean and comfortable - the staff could not have been more helpful. We found it easily accessible to the NEC which was the purpose of our visit and would certainly use this hotel again as it was terrific value for the money.

We found the staff to be most obliging and polite. The hotel is modern and clean and tidy and there is a variety of good food for breakfast or a quick evening snack or meal.

we went with young children and with a full day of travelling the room could have done with a bath don`t know if this was just in are room or if all the rooms only had a shower.
