Could do with some decoration,very tired looking.Dining room a bit small and residents had to wait for a table.Staff very friendly and helpful.

Lovely warm welcome despite not arriving until 9pm. Nice reception area. Room was spotless with every facility you could want. Nicely decorated breakfast room, light and airy despite being in the basement, the waitresses were very courteous and helpful and, although we did not have the traditional breakfast, those that we`re coming from the kitchen looked very nice indeed. Our room was on the ground floor which was fine although with no view, next time I visit I will request one on a different floor, perhaps if we had arrived earlier we may have been given one. No complaints from this visitor at all and will use this hotel again. 5 mins from tube in lovely street, very quiet location. Thank you to all staff.

Ideal location for Earls Court. Easy to find from Earls Court Underground. Very helpful staff who went the extra mile to make our stay a good one.

Thank you for your feedback - we are close to Olympia too, now that Earls Court Exhibition Centre is being demolished ;-)

Good option for Bed and Breakfast accommodation, no outside space at hotel to sit and relax andno bar/lounge type facility to speak of, after a full day in London we came back to the hotel for a drink before going to bed and the "bar" was closed, we had to sit in the reception area!!! Our room was fine.

Thank you for your review.Our bar is open from 6pm to 10.30pm after which drinks are served in the lobby area. Any guests that are still in the bar area from 10pm will not be asked to move but the breakfast settings will be carried out around you - this is why we usually serve drinks in the lounge (we also thought it was more comfortable on the sofas). I apologise for the inconvenience but, being a small hotel, we don`t have too many seperate areas available.I hope we have the pleasure of welcoming you back to the hotel in the future.Warmest regards,Lea

The staff were excellent and made our visit a pleasure., The room was everything we expected, with air con, tea and coffee, mini bar and and modern tv. The beds were clean and comfortable with quality bed linen and 2 pillows (important). The food was nicely presented, reasonably priced and every effort made to meet our requirements. Our only reservation was the very noisy plumbing which disturbed us on the first night. We would certainly stay with you again,

Friendly & helpful staff at all times; clean throughout; well-organized; peaceful atmosphere at all times - we were there at the weekend and no heavy traffic nearby. 1st class breakfast; sensible prices for all services plenty of useful information in reception; very impressed; will definitely use again and be more happy to refer to friends and family. The staff were very friendly and accomodating and the Hotel itself was very quiet but the only thing to let it down was quality of the breakfast, for example the fruit salad was pineapple out of a tin .. However other than the food I really have no complaints.

Received a great welcome at reception and escorted to our room. All the staff were most pleasant and cheerful. A little confusion at breakfast as our booking included continental breakfast; but were offered cooked breakfast by staff which we accepted. On check-out were requested to pay extra for it. Other residents experienced same. Otherwise a great place which we would certainly recommend.
