Cassidys is in an excellent position in that it is wiihin walking distance of everything yet away from the noise.All the staff were very helpful and friendlyMy only complaint would be that some of the food at breakfast was cold but i would recommend staying there

The hotel is in a good location to the city centre but not too close so quiet. Rooms a good size and appropriate for the price paid

Situated at the top end of O`Connell Street, the hotel was easily accessable from the airport by using the 747 Airlink bus service, 10 Euros return per person. 15 minute walk from Temple Bar, the main area for evening entertainment. Plenty of bars and resturants. Would definately consider staying at the hotel again. Breakfast was also very good.

We wuold recommend this hotel to anyone, bearing in mind it has a 3star rating. We found all the staff most friendly & helpful,& the food excellent. We only ate out once during our stay as we found the food was better & cheaper than other local restuarants.It is ideally situated close to the main shopping areas & handy for the tour buses.

All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful,especially those on the front desk/reception.The room was comfortable and breakfast was exccellent.We will definately return.

The Hotel is centrally located just a short walk from all the main shops and lively Temple Bar area. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean, light and airy with comfortable beds and a cosy feel. The breakfast was really nice with something for everyone. I would definitely recommend Cassidy`s hotel to a friend.

We only had one night on our way home but was impressed with the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The location is excellent right next to O`Connell Street. We will certainly be booking into the hotel on our next holiday and staying longer.

Cassidys hotel was clean and comfortable in a great location for exploring Dublin. The staff were very friendly and eager to please. The only down side was the rooms were far too hot for myself and my family which made it difficult to sleep the first night. After enquiring about a fan at reception we were very pleased to see that one was placed in each of our rooms that evening. Overall I would recommend Cassidys and would be happy to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel, the,room was comfortable and quiet the staff very helpful and friendly. The meals we had in the restaurant very tasty and good value. We would definatly stay with you again when visiting Dublin. The only disapointment was that the showers could perhaps do with an upgrade. Thank you for helping us enjoy our break.

Conveniently situated for O`Connell Street and the tour buses. Easy walk to river Liffey. Couldn`t better it.

All was spot on rooms where nice staff were great, the only problem was not a lot of staff on at breakfast so when the trays run out there wasn`t a lot of people to inform and those there were busy helping other customers and checking them off the list.To clarify the hotel is exceptional value and we had a great stay just a slight mark down for the wait, turns out i couldnt wait for the bacon to be topped up.

the food was not exceptional (fruit bowl was empty 3 out of 4 days). the cleanliness was awful (long hair in the bathroom, no soap, shower gel). I could not sleep properly while I was there (I could hear very loud people from the other 2 rooms next to mine).

Hot food often low in supply despite our arrival at breakfast over an hour before end of service. Dried up/cooling. You can order eggs but these came out well over cooked and cold! Worst thing was cheap nasty sausages provided! Pink horrid texture inside with little meat - would it really be so difficult to provide a good quality sausage for a better breakfast?
