very helpfull staff,very clean hotel.great location.we requested a room with a view of the eifel tower (we got room no 503) and the staff pulled out all the stops and we got a room with a stunning view of the eifel tower (stunning at night).the vaugirard metro station was just around the corner with great access and very speedy to all parts of paris.my first stay in paris and the val girard was excellent newly refurbished.if you get a room facing the street you wake up to the smell of freshly baked bread in the morning.very parisian hotel and very friendly.yes the lift is small..but in no way detracts from the fantastic holiday my partner and i had...cannot reccomend this hotel enough for romantic couples.

All the staff speak English and are very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was quite small but very clean. As requested we were given a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is in a good area with restaurants and bars close by. Would recommend this hotel.

Not fair to anyone in a hotel with NO evevator and then put them on the 4th floor.
