The room was amazing, food was average. Only criticism is that the last few times we`ve stayed, there has always been a leak somewhere in the building. Would definitely recommend though!

Excellent Location and access to Airport particularly to Terminal 5 which is connected by Pods. Amenities are very basic hence for everything you have to get onto a car and drive for 5+ miles.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Didn`t sleep at all as room horribly cold and uncomfortable. Due to needing to check out exactly for our flight we could not have the prepaid hot breakfast, not even coffee. We were give negative I would describe as a child`s lunch box. Very unappetising and hotel poor quality. Also miles from terminal 5 which was misleading. Doesn`t look anything like the photos on the hotels website!

Booked as a last minute break, situated within walking distance of terminal 5, Heathrow. We stayed 2 nights. The room was comfortable, clean, the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. No noise heard from Heathrow. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends.

I arrived late in the evening (8.45pm - 9pm) to be told the restaurant was closed, but the bar had bar snacks.. Minimal menu.Had to walk miles to my room down shabby corridorsRoom was a bit shabby but comfortable and very quiet - no aeroplane noise at all...Not a bad stay for a one night stop prior to a business meeting in London.

Very convenient for t5, only 5minutes away by free local bus!Hotel has all the budget traveller needs but with a classy feel to it. The staff are delightful happy and helpful. Food good and well priced. Thanks hotel direct, a real find.
