Hotel is clean and comfortable, staff were lovely and very helpful, breakfast was very good. Free parking which was good. Good value
Quite close to rail station so some noise
We found the hotel as good as always, despite being under great pressure from a very busy weekend - and the fire alarm going off whilst we were having dinner. The only slight problem that we encountered was our friends in the next room found they had a mouldy shower curtain which was quickly rectified by housekkeping after being reported to reception. We hope to stay there again on our next visit to Liverpool
A hotel offering great value in a good location.
Everything was fine, staff were good, breakfast was first class. Only downside, the bar shuts at 11.00 pm?Room service was available, but at £2 per tray, unnecessary. Mini bar in the room, which we didn`t use was very expensive, so why, when you are just coming in after your evening out do they shut the bar? Hotel was busy, so seems like a missed opportunity to me. Enjoyable stay though.
