"A delightful experience"

From the moment we entered the foyer, we were treated well. As it was our wedding anniversary we got a complimentary room upgrade with breakfast - thank you! Our rom was spacious and overlooked Hyde Park. We were worried that there may be traffic noise but there was no need to worry. A fantastic stay
