Generally okay small room but it okay for one night ideal for tube station etc. Breakfast was disappointing very attentive staff but hot food very poor quality is old hard bacon cold eggs and beans mushrooms otherwise overall 6.5/10
Hotel is clean and has good access to tube, however there is no signal on the lower floor, the heaters make a lot of noise and for the entire stay it sounded as if there were a heard of rhino above the room! Oh and don`t want extra pillows that is not an option at this hotel. All this combined with a shower that didn`t work properly I would not recommend staying here!
From arrival at Reception my stay was set on a good cause. They werebboth attentive and informative and made sure that everything was right. My room was very clean and wellaappointed, and everything was of a good standard. I did notuse bbreakfast but my guess is that the quality of the rest of my stay would be carried on in the rrestaurant
