Excellent hospitality at this quiet, well situated hotel. The staff and service were impressive. Would certainly stay there again.

air con made a difference in the heat,could have done with a fridge to keep drinks cold! lift very cosy! food delicious and plentiful more tasty cheese needed.

Nice boutique hotel in a convenient location, definitely worth another visit. Staff are friendly, breakfasts are excellent, room was a bit on the small size (being used to the standard in Asia too long). Good value for money in this location.

We found the staff most helpful, the room clean and generally a very pleasant visit and very close to Tube with easy journeys to tourist areas.

First time at this hotel, very impressed but more so with the staff who were very helpful, approachable and friendly.

Continental breakfast super. Hotel in good position, rooms on the small side but ample and clean, will visit again.

The room was clean & comfortable, would have been happier to use for a longer stay. The staff were very pleasant and couldn`t be more helpful. Will be rebooking in the future

This was our first stay at this hotel, and we loved it. The staff were very friendly, both at reception and in the restaurant. The room was spotlessly clean and very quiet. The bed was very comfy as well so we had a good nights sleep. The location of this hotel is great too, we walked to and from Oxford St and Covent Garden. Overall a great hotel in a great loaction.

We thought the hotel was very good, quiet area,small room but fine for just a night or two.Staff very helpful and friendly.We enjoyed the continental breakfast.We plan to use this hotel again when we next visit London.

We will definitely look to stay again at the Rathbone - which suited all of our needs for a weekend in London.

The furnature in the room was may be a bit dated. But this is an observation rather than a complaint. If we visited the same area in london again we would book with The Rathbone. The room was very clean, the service was excellent, and the staff were helpfull, polite, and freindly. We had had the continental breakfast. The food was first class and the service in the restraunt was excellent.

Hotel was in a great location but the room was tiny & dated. Being hoteliers ourselves, if customers are staying three days or more you automatically give them a better room. The air conditioning did not work & it was stiflingly hot, after two days of being told that it did work, they eventually came & checked & admitted it was faulty, however they did then provide us with a fan. One major complaint was the level of noise, the walls were paper thin and let`s just say that there was a very noisy energetic couple in the room next to us!! The staff were very friendly so in all we would use it again, but not if we had to sleep in that overheated cupboard of a room!

We have stayed at the Rathbone Hotel a number of times now and are always happy with our visit. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast choice is good and the staff there are very efficient and friendly too. The location is really good, very close to Goodge Street tube staion and surrounded by a great choice of restaurants and bars. The only down side to this hotel is the rooms, although always very clean, they are in need of bringing up to date, including the bathrooms. Overall though a good hotel and value for money.

Only minor gripe was the breakfast service could have been better.

Lovely hotel within easy walking distance to the theatre. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Checking in was easy and we were advised of the restaurants in the area that offer 10% discount to Rathbone guests. Our double room, although not large was lovely and clean and very comfortable. The continental breakfast had a good choice with very good service from the staff. All the staff we met were always cheerful and didn`t just use the standard "corporate line statements" that a lot of places use. Check out was straight forward with the offer to look after luggage if required. I would recommend the Rathbone to anyone.

the staff could not have been more helpful and accomodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel was clean warm and wellcoming and very much felt like home. We shall be stopping againg next time we are in town

We had a lovely overnight stay, room was small but well laid out, nice decor, lovely linens and towels best shower we`ve had in a long time. Continental breakfast was fresh, well presented and sufficient choice. We`ll definitely be back !

An ideal hotel for a quick visit or long stay.Staff very helpful,good size clean rooms,very welcome seating areas with bar.We stayed 1 night and would definetely return.Perfect to walk to all the attractions of the west end.Recommended.

All staff v pleasant & efficient [especially Abdul on the door] . No mini bar in room?Room was not `made up` after first night. Not complaints but just comments because our stay was very enjoyable.

Friendly staff, that were very attentive. Room was very nicely furnished although a little on the small side and had no view. Breakfast was excellent. The only negative was that the room was extremely warm and as the temperature was kept constant throughout the hotel we couldn`t adjust the room temperature without opening a window - which we did.

My stay was very short so I did not have the opportunity t experience the restaurant apart from breakfast which was very nice and the restaurant is very pleasnt

The hotel was great, the staff were very friendly and it was a great location for the palace theatre, covent garden & oxford street, would definitley stay there again.

A very nice small hotel with very good staff that make you feel very welcome. The room we stayed in was quite small but clean and adequate for a short stay. The only one thing to note on the down side would be that the air conditioning was a little noticeable at night in our room when we were going to bed.
