My self +my boyfriend booked though hotel direct which were very helpful. The holiday Inn sent me an email saying I had not paid and they tried phoning me but not go message. Only a ride email saying I had to pay in 24 hours. I checked with bank and I had paid. I told holiday Inn, I will they said will look into it. I also got in touch with hotel direct who was helpful and sorted out with holiday Inn.I had paid and there was a mix up. Hotel direct promised me holiday Inn will phone me or email me to say sorry. But never did. Never got an apology at check in or at check out. I was staying here as a get well treat and my friend asked the hotel for some things people but nothing was done.Hotel was clean and breakfast was yummy, The bed was slightly hard and room was hot. The breakfast staff were friendly and chatty.I am just disappointed that I didn`t get an apology at check in or from the lady night manager, who emailed me.Thank you
