Welcoming and helpful staff. We had lovely room, bed and pillows were very comfortable, room air conditioning quiet and very good. Have stayed in quite a few 4 and 5 star hotels in this country and around the world but this one was one of the best I have stayed in for the money. Breakfast choices very good. Sat in the terrace overlooking the O2 and Thames very pleasant and relaxing experience could not fault this hotel. Glad I stayed on the outskirts of central London, but transport up by tube/ water taxi very easy. Plenty of parking spaces for guests.
