Would advise anyone to check what room is included with a theatre break booking. The staff were great, but the room was tiny and the shower area was completely inappropriate as the door and wall to the shower room/ toilet part was see through. There was loud music until early hours of the morning from outside. Would not go out of my way to recommend if asked by family or friends.
Good clean hotel, pleasant staff easy checking. In .within easy walking distance of a lot of theatres &good places to eat.If going to see Tina do try Loch Fyne literally just around the corner from the Aldwych.
This is the perfect compact hotel room ideal for one night only any longer and I think you`d feel a little claustrophobic and there isn`t any storage for clothes. The room is complete with all amenities needed, tv/kettle etc Only issue is the frosted glass partition to the bathroom is still see through and seeing someone on the toilet isn`t the greatest sight.
Great hotel, central to everything! Rooms really small, but only in them to sleep! The complimentary wine and cheese each night was fab! Staff very helpful! Rooms spotless! Will stay again!!
Helpful staff. Room very small but adequate for a one night stopover. Lift not working could be an issue for some guests
The hotel is situated in an excellent part of London as everything is within walking distance. Rooms are very small and one thing that isn`t ideal is the toilet door is basically see though. Shower is lovely. A free WINE and cheese buffet every night between 5pm till 8pm. We would stay here again.
Lovely, central location for convenient access to Oxford Street, Soho and Oxford Circus Tube. We didn`t have breakfast but you can book when you arrive. Ironing board and iron was available from reception and I was pleased there was a decent hair dryer available in the room. I didn`t realize I had booked a room without a window but luckily this had already been upgraded to a room with a window free of charge when I checked in. The room was stylish and very clean. There were plenty of hangers and hooks behind the door to help maximize on space. Shower was gorgeous. The only down side is you are fairly easy to see when sitting on the loo by whoever your room mate is despite the frosted glass sliding door! However this is the perfect, well- priced hotel for a quick city break and we`ll definitely stay again.
The Z Hotel is in the ideal location for the lyric theatre ,the staff are very friendly and helpful,we had complimentary cheese and wine which was a really nice touch .the only issue was the room was way too small, you get out of bed and the shower is nearly on top of you, although it`s very modern and contemporary.
This hotel is brilliant the staff are all so friendly always there to help. They even had from 5-8 cheese and wine grapes bread biscuits and croissants and all for free not many hotels do that and it also brings guest together wonderful gesture from the hotel. The only downfall was the rooms very small but staying a few days didn`t matter would definitely stay again as close to many things thank you to all the staff Friday and Saturday for a wonderful stay
