No problems booking in, very fast and straight forward. Room clean with everything we needed. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from and as much as you liked. Enjoyed our stay.

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights in family rooms, excellent service,clean rooms and a great variety of delicious hot buffet breakfast. Found it a bit far from the city centre.

Modern hotel not far from the O2. Our family room was clean and comfortable and there was a good choice for the buffet breakfast. The only negative point is that the room was small and cramped and the air conditioning was noisy but it was adequate for an over night stay. We would stay there again as it is good value for money compared with other London hotels we have stayed in.

Excellent room with impressive tv. Courteous staff. Location ideally away from the bustle of central London. Breakfast a bit limited and lacking variety: should include, say, grilled or fresh tomatoes, ham. Could stay there again especially if I wanted to go to the O2 or Greenwich itself. Julbilee line is nicely maintained, and airy.

Staff at reception on arrival were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and had everything that we needed. Bar prices a bit steep when we arrived back after having been in London and felt like a night cap.Breakfast next day was ok but hot food could have been a bit better presented in terms of making it appealing. Overall the stay was good and the ten minute walk from/ to the tube station whilst requiring to negotiate busy roads to cross was ok.Thanks and we would use the hotel again on future trips to London

Very good hotel if sightseeing in London or going to the O2 as it is only a ten minute walk from the Jubilee tube line. There is a cinema and pizza hut only 5 minutes up the road aswell. Room very clean and spacious and beds very comfy..Felt very secure as you can only use the lift or stairs by swiping your room key first.Toilet and shower room good size so as not to feel cramped like some other hotels.Breakfast is nice and hot with a variety of drinks available.Only bad point is like other reviewers have said there is no bacon or tomatoes to go with the eggs, beans and sausages, but there are loads of other things like yogarts and fresh fruit. Will be staying at this hotel again if ever in London and would definitely recommend it.

The room smelt faintly of cigarette smoke which is offputting but overall not a bad hotel and would stay there again. Pretty good choice of breakfast.

A well maintained and peaceful hotel. The rooms are a bit small but reasonable, TV is too small. It takes about 15-20 mins walk to reach North Greewich Underground Station (which is the closest) and O2; and approximately an hour to reach Central London i.e. Bank (through Tube). I think the price I got could have been less, but consider that I booked just 1 week before the visit that too in peak season. Overall, a reasonable experience.

Good service. Good location for the O2. Only problem was the queue for breakfast which was a `bit of a bunfight` on the day!

It was a pretty good hotel for the price. Not too far from London and extremely easy to commute from and to. The hotels were clean but nothing great.

We had a lovely stay at the express greenwich.it was near the o2 and on a good route into london to see all the attractions.The staff were very friendly and helpfull and the food was good.

A very nice stay at hotel, had problem in our room with cold water not running from tap, reported to reception, and they quickly found another room. Breakfast : Great choice of traditional fried, cereals & fruit.( 5 Stars)

This is the 2nd time we`ve stayed at this hotel. the first time wasn`t the best experience and there hasn`t been much improvement. We were going to a concert at the O2 and the hotel is well within walking distance and that is the main reason for booking.The staff aren`t very friendly or helpful, there was a disgusting smell coming from the toilets on the reception floor which incidentally is next to the bar and restaurant. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable but is obviously normally used as a family room as there was an adjoining (locked) door to the next room. This meant that we could hear the guests conversation in the next room word for word as well as the TV programme they were watching.The breakfast was very basic and not of a high standard although you could have as much as you want.
