Perfect location. Lovely communal areas. Our bedroom could be doing with a new carpet and a lick of paint but the bed was extemely comfortable. Room spotlessly clean.View was disappointing. Staff were very attentive, friendly and so helpful, especially Charlie the concierge, who was so knowledgeable about Dublin. Hotel prices were a little hefty but plenty of alternatives by.

We had a great stay at the Gresham in Dublin. It is perfectly located on O`Connell Street and it is very comfortable and modern. The room was of a nice size and the bathroom felt very luxurious! The staff were polite and helpful and I would definitely come back to this hotel in the future. The secure capark at the back cost us 30 euros for 30 hours, which is not dearconsiderering it is in the centre of a capital city!

we are never disapointed with our stay in the gresham hotel especially when we get a room facing onto o connell street. food and service good. hotel although busy is very relaxing as well as being very central to all attractions in this magnificent city.

As a former hospitality industry employee in management,craft trainer & assessor capacity with Forte Hotels, Holiday Inn & Belfast Europa Hotel, I was very impressed with the standard of service & attention to detail provided by The Gresham. The two concierges who were on duty during our stay and the housekeeping lady deserve a special mention for their prompt response to our requests & their genuinely pleasant willigness to be of assistance. I look forward to staying in The Gresham in future & recommending it to others.

Nice hotel and great location for seeing Dublin. Just a couple of small points - there was no seal on the plug in our bath, so water kept leaving rather fast!! Also, had a hideous `view` of a concrete wall, and we were woken up both mornings by the sound of loads of beer barrels being loaded/unloaded below!! But in a different room, am sure it would be lovely!

Everything about the hotel was fab. When we checked in we were upgraded to superior rooms which were wonderful. The Reception staff were very welcoming and polite. The meals were superb and very good value for such a hotel. Couldn`t fault it at all.

A lovely olde world Dublin Hotel with friendly and very accomodating staff. The bar has a laid back, comfortable atmosphere. I have stayed in both the older part of the hotel and the refurbished part and have found the accomodation to be good in both. The late weekend breakfast was especially welcome. The hotel`s location is central without being too busy or noisy.

Just returned from a stay at the Gresham hotel on o`connell street in Dublin. This was our 4th time there. Once again this hotel has it all, charm and great service and it`s right in the heart of the city ideal for shopping and all the bars and restaurants. The Staff are always happy to help and the hotel even has free wifi to boot. We be returning there next year for sure.

There were simple lackness of taking instruction for delivery of newspaper, and allocation ofroom key for three day booking to two days of entitlement.

The initial first impression of the hotel was WOW.... until we got to our room. To be honest, we have stayed in better rooms at budget hotels. Apart from having a robe to wear after a shower.... there was nothing really special about the rooms. So if i was ever going to pay for a special night or weekend away, i would not be going to the Gresham.The service was second to none, with the consierge and the staff being friendly and helpful. but again, apart from the consierge, every hotel we have ever stayed in, the staff have been as friendly and as helpful. Well, i can now say i have stayed in the Gresham....... but thats as much as i would say. I definately wouldnt recommend it to any of my friends or family.

As always a great stay, the cotinental breakfast we had on the last day was a little dissapointing as there was no cheese and no cold meats and there normally is.

I am a worldwide business traveller from Shanghai to Sao Paulo. I am on a short easter break with my family here in Dublin. The Gresham enjoys a central location, rooms are clean and not cluttered with PR material, staff are helpful and polite when you need them.

Overall, our experience of the hotel was excellent the staff were very nice the food was good and the facilities were clean. However, it was a shame about the music and the way the situation was handled by the night manager first he said we would not hear it on the third floor then when he came up to our room he said it was not the hotels music and offered us to move room at 1am, later he did apologise and say he did not realise the music and the vibration would be as bad on our floor. The next morning the manager gave us a voucher which to be honest we probably will not be able to use.

The staff are great and the food good too. The public areas of the hotel are excellent but are room was small and although it and the bathroom were clean we were disappointed with it overall.Great location though

The downstairs of the hotel was very fancy however the bedrooms were just average.Also in the room it was very cold.Staff were very helpful and pleasant .
