Our room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was good and catered for everyone. The staff were friendly.
clean, helpful, rooms great and the food perfect 10min walk to eiffel tower, metro bus and boat tours, hotel having revamp but there was no noise or nuisence to our stay would say to hotel include driving directions once entering paris and not just metro on acceptence booking emails but i would go there again and recommtooend it
We enjoyed our short stay, helpful staff, good food at breakfast and a comfortable room. We were near a Metro or a short walk to everywhere we wanted to see.
Slow service at breakfast time. Limited hot buffet, but quite adequate. Eiffel tower more like 30 minutes walk away, not 5. Close to several restaurants, bistros, a supermarket and wine shop.
The hotel overall was really good and although I may not go back [location reasons] I would certainly recommend it. The staff were really friendly and the room spacious and the best shower ever! My only complaints being thatt the breakfast was alittle ropey, I was told on arrival the eiffel tower is a 20 minute walk away [advertised as 10 minutes] which actually took 30 minutes, also if you do decide to drink from the expensive mini-bar either finish the drink or take with as we came back to our water gone. Overall though value for money. Just remember Paris is so very expensive.
enjoyed our stay all essentials equip in our room. kepted clean and tidy ,room could do with a refit but wasnt a problem . very quiet area ,but will have to take transport to get any where as to far on foot, but there is a easy to reach bus stop with frequent service. Would stay again
Very good Spanish tapas bar near it. The hotel is ok. If you go for breakfast, go early, they don`t cope very well with too many people having breakfast at the same time. Service was quite slow. I booked a room for three adults: when we arrived, there were just two sets of towels, two blankets.. When Asked for the third set, I was told that everything was already in room. Everything was brought in but it took some convincing. Will I recommend it? Yeah, for smth cheap and cheerful
Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a superior room which was clean and a good size with a king sized bed. All in all great value for money for a hotel within walking distance of the eiffel tower.
for sure will recommend this place to others, and will come back again.
A few issues concerning breakfast facilities IE, not enough room ,had to wait for table,Not a proper breakfast room uses bar area, chairs and tables far to low.On some days ran out of hot food halway through sevice no reason given as to why.The days when run out One particular person was on duty whose responce when questioned why they had run out of hot food was i do not know as much as to say he did not care, very poor attitude from this particular person
Auteueil Tour Eiffel was a nicely kept, perfectly located (quiet neighbourhood) about 25 min walk from the Eiffel Tower. Potential:- sweat-room (gym)- pen and paper in the rooms- water boiler in the rooms (for coffe or tea in the evening)We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel and will consider it on our next visit to Paris.
While our room was spacious, the walls were filthy!! Needs to be re-decorated! The shower needs to be attached to the wall - very inconvenient to use as a hand held! Also, some of your reception staff need to be more patient with people who don`t have English as their first language!
Friendly staff, nice rooms, great tv (better than mine at home) and good location with several metro stops to choose from
Although this hotel was sufficient for needs it needs some money spending on such items as replacement of curtains and general redecoration. Breakfast also left a lot to desire.
This hotel is ideal if you want a reasonable deal close to the Eiffel Tour. It is only 3 star so we didn`t expect it to be lavish. It was clean (most important!) and the breakfast was ample.
On the face of it the hotel was very nice. The bar area was very tidy and presentable as were all other public areas of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly and all seemed to meet expectations. However, unfortunately the room was not quite in the same condition as the rest of the hotel, and it certainly didn`t reflect the quality portrayed in the photo on the web. The wall paper was mucky and peeling off in places and the curtains were in need of a wash. The room was in need of a general facelift, by no-means unlivable, but just unfortunately fell way short of our expectations.
Good location about 20 mins walk from eiffel tower. Nearest train station 5 mins. Plenty of Bistro`s within 2 mins walk of hotel all serving very nice food and reasonably priced. Breakfast at hotel very good although it was served in the bar area rather than in the dining room which was a bit strange. We would definately stay here again.
Upgraded room, which was clean tidy ,room service very pleasant staff, daily maid service very good standard and pleasant staff. The main reception staff unhelpfull and inpolite tried charging for mini bar service that I did not have.Breakfast room very cramped space felt you needed to rush food to make room for people waiting to eat.Plenty of food on display for breakfast
a few minor problems were, bedding and and the noise of tumble dryers next to our room.I`ll sugest the facilities to my friends. The good thing is that the hotel offered us parking en it were close to most sites.RegardsMr Prinsloo
Comfortable, clean 3-star hotel in a quiet location . On-site parking an asset. Not quite so near to the Eiffel Tower as the name might suggest!
On arrival our double room booking was not available and a twin was offered with a promise to change the next morning. All went well until returning late to the room we found that the air con was not working. The night porter was superb and sorted the problem. Hotel nicely situated and comfortable.
Claude and his colleagues were most helpful to us when we had a problem with our holiday tour arrangements. Many thanks to you all.
Quite location about 1 mile from Eiffel Tower in 16th Arondisement. Good sized rooms with standard fittings and fixtures. Clean and modern with helpful staff. There is good underground parking; Metro is 15 mins walk but bus stop only 200m. Hearty breakfast was included. In all a good value hotel.
The room was large and the bed and bedding very comfortable. The hotel has seen better days, however, and the room was in need of refurbishment. I reported that the sink plug was missing on arrival and was told to contact the technician after 9.00 the next morning, by which time I would have left the hotel for sightseeing. I would have thought they could have left instructions for the technician. So, a well-placed hotel for Paris sight-seeing with several cafes/bars nearby and handy for the station.
The hotel was in a good position and the accommodation was average for the price. However, we chose the hotel based on the fact that it had on-site parking and, nowhere in the information, did it state that there would be an issue with vehicle height. We were particularly disappointed that the hotel staff was unhelpful in resolving the issue of where we could find suitable parking. Street parking was the only option we were given but, as this was limited to a maximum of 2 hours at any one time it was impractical, so we checked out after one night.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here weekend just gone. A very short walk from the Seine, excellent restaurants locally, great location. Hotel was clean, room was a little tired, could do with a redec, staff were genuinely excellent, friendly, helpful and pleasant. Would stay here again.
We had a lovely 2 night stop at the hotel whose staff were polite and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast filling and well presented. All very good.
We were travelling in a party of 6, 3 children, a pensioner with my wife and I.We arrived early and made the request to be ocated on the same floor. The receptionist, Mohamed, told us it would be easier to accomodate us if we were to return after all the check-outs of the day had taken place.By the time we arrived back at the hotel in the late afternoon they had assigned one room each on the 3rd, 5th and 7th floor.Needless ot say we were not happy with the arrangement and lodged complaints but since Mohamed was no longer on duty we were not successful. The following morningwe made a point in questioning him and spoke to his supervisor who was just as lackluster in addressing our concern as he had.
Hotel is situated close to the Eiffel Tower (5 minutes by Metro), buy a day travel pass at the radio France metro station and you will get closer to any place in the town centre (walk in Paris is not very good advise). Room is not too big and not very clean neither, but good enough to sleep. Air aconditioned is quite tricky, but you can set it...breakfast is good and the facility for a private car park is the best(more in Paris), with a good fare value per night, good attention and staff as well,,Jaime
There was a problem in the bathroom - the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. When we booked the room, we paid for the room on the understanding that it was for 3 adults. The room was clearly a double room, with a third bed added. There were only 2 cups, 2 glasses, and the third bed was not a full sized bed. The breakfast was very good, but the food & service in the restaurant in the evening was passable.
