Impossible to use my tablet in my room and even in the hall downstairs it was not always possible to get the Internet connexion.

We needed overnight room near train station after long journey. Book in, late at night was quick and easy, room comfy and clean with everything we wanted. Would stay here again without question.

The room was very ordinary, and a little cramped. It was clean, but the paintwork could be spruced up a little. The reception area is very neat and pleasant. It is in a curious location, being on the third floor. The street level entrance is bare and unwelcoming. The breakfast room is clean, bright and modern. This room was the best part of the hotel. The buffet breakfast was very satisfactory and entirely adequate. There is a small pleasant lounge adjoining the reception area.

Very friendly staff. Hotel 5 min walk to shops & bars. Basic hotel but clean & has everything you need. For price of hotel it`s a bargain.

Overall the hotel is really nice. Very clean and quiet. Room is good too. Good service from the people who worked there. One down side is during the night it gets really cold.

The situation of the hotel was a stone throw away for the shopping mall were the lads were working, so they could walk to work. They said the hotel was comfy, however,could do with a make over. On the whole they would and have stayed again

Very good location to the station & for shopping!! Also want to say a special thank you to one of the guys at reception who helped my mother carry her suitcase all the way to the station as her back was hurting her.

We stayed here for one night whilst in Leeds for a party. Very central and good for rail station or car( you can park in Criterion multi storey for £3.80 ). Friendly reception and clean room with good en suite bath room. Yes the decor has an eighties feel and the bed was to soft and bouncy for our tastes, but if you are only there to sleep for a few hours or on a tight budget for a few days you could do much much worse. We took the risk not wanting to spend more on a crash pad and we feel we made the right choice .

The outside noise was never heard from the street, but all I heard was the air con vents all night. So didn`t sleep much. No warning given of tv control needing to be rented on arrival at desk. Lovely shower heat and pressure.

Very pleased. Clean room, good service. Towels changed every day. Free tea/coffee in the room. Good sized, comfortable beds. We will be back.

Good, clean, warm and quiet hotel that gives good value for money. The breakfast is basis, but cheap. The rooms are good with comfortable beds and tea-making facilities.

Over all good value for money,Leeds staff were more than helpful, they get a 10 out of 10 from us.

Difficult to find but once in, fabulous, receptionist great , his room right next to mine , wwwhhhooooppdidn`mind a bit ov noise, breakfast lovely, eat and drink s much as you awanted in continental, location great and all the pubs on your doorstep, cheap and cheerful location.

The place is easily accessible, it being walking distance from the Leeds train as well as bus stations. It is a clean place, well maintained and tidy. The staff are exceptionally courteous and polite. I leave with positive memories save for the fact that others staying at the hotel can get noisy, only if these are students / younger generation crowds.

Hotel staff very friendly and hospitable. Rooms very clean and tidy, a most enjoyable stay.

booked a double room when i arrive you could not swing a cat in my room but they somehow managed to squeeze a double bed in there

The hotel was very close to the station which was fantastic. The room was clean however there was a great deal of noise from the plumbing through the night and the bathroom could have been cleaner. Parts of the shower were broken and in disrepair. I wouldnt stay there again.

We rate it good to excellent. A very warm welcome from the staff who were very helpful throughout our stay. A good sized, clean and comfortable room. Good value breakfast. Would not hesitate to stay again when in Leeds

Cheap, cheerful, clean. Easy to find next to railway station. Breakfast rubbish, don`t bother with it, use the money you save on a good local cafe/coffee shop[.

Nice room with lovely ensuite but room cold during the day as heaters don`t come on till 4.30pm. Could do with the heating coming on earlier. Oddly, the bathroom heater was more efficient and was on longer than the room heater. Also extra pillows and blankets would be useful.

Room was cold, no glasses in the room for water, desk drawer front broken, wardobe door broken, not enough pillows. My coleagues toilet was broken in their room. No cold water coming out of the taps for drinking. No decaffinated coffee or tea when asked at breakfast, poor continental breakfast. Noisy and not very welcoming, instructions for lift not shared, no local knowledge of area to advise on travel and timings.

Unfortunately on the night we stayed two blokes decided to have an almighty row in the next room that lasted for 35 mins - of course being British we did nowt about it! We will use this hotel again though as it`s in such a good location and we love the price!

Not too noisy considering next to main road and opposite train station. Room good size and pleasant decor. Bathroom good size. Breakfast ok for continental only. Perhaps could have had more fruit available and yoghurts? Would definately consider staying again in future as overall good value for money.
