Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Have used it in past and will use it in the future

the park plaza county hotel was a very clean and stylish/modern hotel. it was a special occasion a 30th and wedding anniversary the hotel had put in a complimentary bottle of wine in the room which had stunning veiws over london.the staff were always friendly and helpful.i would stay at this hotel again.

very helpful staff ,let us borrow a trolley,no charge ,breakfast 10£ per adult both children free extremely good value.

Great spot, great hotel. Really a pleasant experience all around. I`d stay there again for sure. Kids really enjoyed the hotel as well. Room was big enough for everyone.

I wear hearing aids so was really surprised and disappointed that it was not possible to get sub-titles on the tv`s in our room. I feel that this is something that needs to be addressed.

Hotel was excellent could not fault it in any way. Very clean, staff very friendly, Rooms really comfortably, bathroom clean. food in restaurant was excellent

amazing child friendly brilliant experience

From the moment of arrival we felt looked after. Stayed in executive studio with 11 year old son. Everything was spotlessly clean and everything was well thought out, bathrobes, slippers, every toiletry and plenty of towels. Effectively two separate rooms so privacy was good. Only criticism was wall between rooms were rather thin and the couple next door, whilst having a good time, perhaps didn`t realise they were sharing their moment of passion with us!! Slightly awkward!!

Throughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, I would recommend it to my friends and I woudl most certaintly stay there again.

The room was light and clean but very small and access to the wardrobe was difficult as it opened out at the side of the bed filling that space. The shower was very difficult to understand and we decided that part of it was not working. Had a great weekend but did not eat in the hotel.

Sadly only for one night but everything was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel,

There was not sufficient staff on reception so there was a long wait for service. There also did not appear to be enough lifts to support the number of guests staying as there were very long waits also.

Fantastic stay

Excellent location for anyone visiting the London Eye, Westminster and very easy to get to Waterloo Station for Underground access into Soho and other areas. Check in and check out were smooth and they stored our luggage all day as we were seeing a show that evening and not leaving London until late that night. We had a disabled room, so the bathroom got quite wet and therefore the room was a bit musty but it was spacious and we liked the kettle, cutlery and microwave in the room. They have a glass elevator which is great if you like to look though would suggest anyone with vertigo, face the door instead! I could see at peak times the lifts could take a while given the number of floors (we were on the 11th floor) and the number of lifts for the numbers of people going up and down but we had no issues when we were there. Can`t comment on the breakfast as we didn`t have it. We thought it was a good hotel.

The breakfast area was cramp and difficult to sit down especially on tables of two, need more space between tables. Food good and service great.

next time we go to london i would like to stay in this hotel

We had an executive suite, the bathroom was clean and modern and the bed comfortable. But don`t bother booking breakfast, it is a really small restaurant so you will likely have to wait for a free table and the food was awful!

All the staff were so professional. On arriving our luggage was instantly taken care of, we were asked if our journey to the hotel had been a pleasant on and the staff hoped that our stay at the hotel would be pleasent also. When we required room service our calls were answered immediately and no enquiry was too much for anyone. I intend returning to this hotel again only because of the professional approach which everyone had
