Nice well located hotel with friendly staff. Nice room but one drawback was the noise from the corridors in the mornings. Would reccommend it

good location and reasonably priced for Rome but were told we had to pay extra 5 euros each if we wanted breakfast on roof terrace ? small hotel with small rooms ok for overnight stay but any longer would be claustrophobic. Breakfast very meagre

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The communal facilities were far below the standard expected of 4 stars, especially the tiny room crammed with tables and uncomfortable stools where breakfast was served.

The room was clean, tidy and in a good state of repair. It was well furnished but small. The window opened onto an internal courtyard with views of the generator, etc, so did not allow us to see what is a very nice neighbourhood from the room. The bathroom was well equipped and the multi jet shower was very welcome after too many bottles of vino rosso and multiple champagne cocktails from the luxurious feeling but subdued hotel bar.I would strongly recommend the hotel as a tourist base and consider it fantastic value for money.Highly recommended for a short trip. It`s location is within 10 minutes walk of Barberini metro and a short taxi ride from the Spanish Steps/ Trevi Fountain.

From the incorrect description `Situated in the heart of Rome on the main thoroughfare of the Via xxxxx` to the laminate flooring, to the tacky decor, to the insufficient room furniture, to the unfinished work on the `upgrade` did I just say upgrade ..... this is not, I repeat not, a 4 star experience. Positives? .... friendly staff, clean and only a four minute walk from where it is supposed to be.

Stayed for two nights on 6th Nov and enjoyed the stay the rooms were small but very clean and the hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our stay was most enjoyable and we would return to the hotel when we visit Rome again
