All of the cottages at Green Acres are decorated in a traditional style and feature widescreen satellite televisions with a selection of channels including Sky Sports and a DVD player. The kitchens are fully equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer, as well as cutlery and crockery. The cottages also benefit from free allocated parking, complimentary Wi-fi and access to the indoor heated pool.

Hotel and location:

A beautiful development of 10 Cornish stone faced holiday cottages, the Greenacres Cottages are set in 2 acres of landscaped grounds. The cottages enjoy an elevated position offering countryside views making them an idyllic rural retreat close to Cornwall`s South coast. The cottages are located just 3 miles from the world famous Eden Project and also 3 miles from the historic market town of Lostwithiel, home of Restormal Castle one of the four Norman castles in Cornwall. The city of Truro with its imposing Cathedral has a vast array of shops, bars and restaurants is just a 40 minute drive away whilst Falmouth with its vast natural harbour and maritime heritage can be reached in an hour. Guests looking to explore the local area can visit the quant fishing town of Fowey or the ancient castle at Caerhays which dates back to around 1250BC, both of which are a 20 minute drive from the Greenacres Cottages. Guests looking to relax can do so in the onsite indoor swimming pool or enjoy an evening meal in the communal barbeque area. Please Note. Getting there:

BY CAR:Follow the A30 past Exeter, then the A38 to Plymouth. Continue along A38 and then take A390 signed St Austell. Go through Lostwithiel and after 3 miles, just past sign for Penpillick, take left turn signed Treesmill and Tywardreath. Then take 2nd right and Green Acres is just 100 yards on the right.
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT: The nearest railway station is Par, 2 miles away. The nearest coach station is in St Austell, 5 miles away.
BY AIR: Newquay Airport is 20 miles away.

CANCELLATION POLICY:Up to 28 days prior to arrival guest will lose the deposit, more than 15 days prior to arrival guests will be liable for 50% of the total cost, if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival guests will be liable for the full cost of the stay.

Security Deposit.Guests staying at the Greenacres Cottages will be contacted by the property after booking to arrange payment of the security deposit. The deposit is £100 per property and is refunded shortly after departure subject to any charges for breakages, loss and/or damage, and/or if the property is left in an unacceptable condition resulting in higher cleaning costs.
