Travelodge Manchester Salford Quays is only 6 minutes via public transport to Manchester`s famous Lowry complex. The Lowry is a spectacular-looking building with stylish bars and restaurants and has a strong focus on performing arts and culture. It`s also right next to Media City. The hotel is well placed for sports fans too, as Manchester United`s Old Trafford stadium is only a 20 minute walk and Lancashire Country Cricket Ground is a 10 minute drive away. The Imperial War Museum North is 20 minutes by foot and holds fascinating exhibitions for guests to enjoy. For an afternoon of retail therapy, this is the perfect location to explore The Lowry Outlet centre which can be reached in a 20 minute walk or 11 minute bus journey. The hotel sits on the outskirts of Manchester`s busy city centre but links into the city centre are extremely frequent and easy. To get to the cities famous Northern Quarter is only 24 minutes by tram.

Getting there:

BY CAR: Exit the M60 at Junction 12 onto the M602 to Salford. After 3 miles, take the exit for the A5063, then at the roundabout take the third exit to Salford Quays. After 0.5 miles turn left onto Phoebe Street, then immediately right into the old Morrisons` car park which is used for the hotel. For satnavs, use 120 Phoebe Street, M5 3PH.
BY TRAIN: From Deansgate Station. Walk about 2 minutes to Deansgate-Castlefield tram station and board Line D or Line E tram for 8 minutes to Salford Quays. Exit the tram here and walk along The Quays following the right turn, then turn left to Trafford Road then right onto Hulton Street and the hotel will be on the right.

Car Parking:

There is an old Morrisons car park 5 minute walk from hotel. Discounted charges apply for our customers. To obtain the preferential rate, our guests must validate their tickets at the hotel reception upon checkout. Travelodge customer discounts are as follows:- Between 14:00 and 12:00 next day - £7.00 (instead of £15.00). 12:00 - 14:00 - £2.00 extra. After 2 extra hours guests are charged for another night (£7.00). The car park has an attendant Monday to Saturday from 0700 - 2000, and Sunday from 0700 - 17:00. Outside of these times the guests must obtain a fob from reception to gain entry to the car park.
