All 117 rooms at the Pendulum Hotel are decorated in a contemporary style and feature flat screen televisions, complimentary wired internet access, direct dial telephone, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. The Hotels restaurant serves a variety of dishes at reasonable prices. Alternatively guests can enjoy a drink or a snack in the Conservatory Bar which features a relaxing courtyard. The hotel does not offer onsite parking but there is a public car park within a couple of minutes` walk (pay for).

Located in the heart of Manchester the 3* Pendulum Hotel is within a 10 minute walk of the city centre putting the Arndale Centre, the Manchester International Convention Centre and the many shops, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Guests looking to visit Old Trafford can do so within 15 minutes by using Manchester`s tram system. The Manchester Evening News Arena is only a 15 minute walk from the Pendulum Hotel and is host to some of the biggest events in the North West.

Getting there:

BY TRAIN: Manchester Piccadilly Station. Exit via the escalator through the stations main thoroughfare, make a right onto Fairfield Street then cross through the gardens of the Sackville Street building (part of Manchester University), the hotel is situated between Sackville Street and Charles Street.
BY CAR: From the M6, leave at junction 19 at the first roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the AA556, follow this to the Bowden roundabout and take the 3rd exit onto the M56 for Manchester Airport. Continue onto the A5103 and follow this for signposts Manchester City Centre, bear left onto Windmill Street (A5103), then turn right onto Mount Street (A5103). At the traffic lights turn right onto Peter Street (A34), at the next set of lights turn onto the A5103, next turn right onto the A6. Turn right onto Chatham Street, turn right onto the A6, bear left onto the A5103 follow this onto Whitworth Street, turn right onto Sackville Street.
