up to 4 people can be accommodated in a 2 bedroomed apartment. A 5th person can be accommodated in a 2 bedroomed apartment at a supplement.

The Holyrood ApartHotel has 47 modern contemporary apartments, Studio Double for 2 people, a spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment with a mix of double or twin beds for up to 4 guests, an extra bed for a 5th guest is available at a supplement (must be requested). The lounge has an entertainment system, TV/VCR and CD with a selection of CD`s and Videos available from Reception, also Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, electric cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Hairdryer, iron/ironing board and towels are also provided. There is an onsite fitness room and secure underground parking (pay for).

The Holyrood ApartHotel concept offers guests spacious apartment style accommodation, with services you would expect of a hotel. It has a superb location just off the historic Royal Mile. The apartments are ideally situated for many of Edinburgh`s most popular visitor attractions. Just a short walk is The Palace of Holyrood House and the Our Dynamic Earth visitor attraction. A little further up the Royal Mile is Edinburgh Castle and also some of the most interesting Haunted Walks.

Getting there:

ON FOOT FROM WAVERLEY STATION: Exit via Market Street. Cross at pedestrian crossing directly outside Train Station, turn left and continue along Jeffrey Street until you meet The Royal Mile. Turn left and continue down the Royal Mile approx 5 minutes, heading towards Holyrood Palace. On the right hand side you will see an archway called Bakehouse Close, walk through the close passing Scottish Architect Design Office and HOLYROOD apartHOTEL is down on the left hand side.
BY CAR FROM THE SOUTH: Follow the signs to city centre of Edinburgh, drive down Dalkeith Road which becomes St Leonards Street which then becomes The Pleasance, continue to junction at bottom of the hill turn right at the lights into Holyrood Road. Turn left at next traffic lights into Hammermans Entry, follow the road round to the end and you will see the car park entrance gate.(Press security buzzer for entry.
