Lovely hotel, very modern interiors spacious rooms, staff very helpful, but it does take about 45mins on the tube to get into the centre of London, but overall a pleasant weekend.

Stayed at this hotel for one night on the 2nd October 2010. It was an awful day weather wise and a good proportion of Londons vital transport links were out of action (and that was before the strike!) So our mood wasnt very light when we arrived. However, reception was very helpful and the room was comfortable. We had a small leak to our window but they addressed the problem swiftly. All staff we encountered were friendly and Breakfast was typical of this kind of hotel and perfectly good. I would stay there again.

Our arrival was treated in a very perfunctory and impersonal manner, despite it`s 4 star rating there was, although not required in this instance, no offer of assistance with luggage, and no introduction to the facilities offered by the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean (too many switch options for lighting though!!), hot drinks in the room were limited by the fact that sufficient for one drink each per 24 hour period were supplied. If you enjoy loud thumpy dance music then the hotel bar is the place to be on a Friday night. There was a wedding booked into the restaurant for the Saturday which denied residents access to dine in the hotel as it took up the entire restaurant for the evening. Car parking charge of £10 per night (£20 if not resident) was not advertised up front.

Check in was problem free. The room was clean and spacious and very quiet. Air conditioning was wonderfully cold and beds were very comfortable. Tube station just a couple of minutes walk away and bus stop was right outside so very convenient location. Would be very happy to make a return visit to this lovely hotel.

Room was spaceous, new, clean and luxurious. Bathroom was large with walk in shower and bath. All in all, this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and definitely the best value. The resturant and bar were relaxing during the day and lively at night, staff were really frendly. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Very comfortable relaxed and friendly staff. 3 course restaurant meal deal recommended. Ask for floor 4 or above because can get noisy on fri and sat night but don`t let that put you off 4 out of 5 rating

I booked a twin room at the Chiswick Moran at the last minute as somewhere to spend the night prior to the London Marathon. It was a 40min tube ride out of the centre of London but the hotel was just 200 metres from the station. The check-in was efficient yet welcoming. Our room was apparently recently decorated and had a modern feel, with the usual TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom lighting was a bit dim but that may have been the dark walls, which set off nicely the white suite and the enjoyably large walk-in shower (there was a bath too). Everyhting was spotlessly clean and even though we were north-facing the room was nice and warm with adjustable air con. Our only concern was that there was a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms. We had to ask them to be quiet and, whilst it isn`t exactly the hotel`s fault we had boisterous neighbours, it does say something about the sound insulation.

Great hotel, really nice rooms and also nice location to hit the town. Parking was £10 but they offered us to leave car when checked out for a day of shopping in london for free of charge. Would defo stay again as staff very friendly. P.s great food in bar as well.

Excellent accomodation and restaurant. Great location (close to M4 and tube station) and will recommend to others. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Wonderfully situated hotel for London, so close to the M4 but also the underground. The staff were wonderful and helpful at all times and they made the stay really special. Although it may cost £10 - 20 more than some other hotels, it was worth every penny.

wonderful hotel, beautiful room (#712) and welcoming staff. no problems at all. only thing was room got very hot and it was hard to figure out the AC system!

Okay for car parking overnight. Told one could park if needed on road. Not true. Will not go back many better hotels in London

The food needs some work on quality, choice and price wise Stayed one night, room was large and clean hotel near tube station and Kew gardens which was great for me and my wife
