Facilities are good except with the hiccup with our check in. We were asked to move to nearby rose mount hotel which had far inferior facilities and so we headed back to Days Hotel Hunslow to ask for a room and we were finally given one.

Heating was not working and when told them that heating was not working they gave a heater which also stopped working around 2 Am. There were cracks in the Wash basin. In short my experiance with them was awful.

The hotel as a package is a good price, very nicely decorated and kept clean and convenient for the underground picadilly line. We would definately consider this hotel again and recommend.

But of course quiet at night. Might wake someone up in the morning. Personally it didn`t bother me as I was so tired from running around London all day. If you are going to stay in the hotel all day (which is not likely in London) make sure you ask for room on opposite side of hotel. Hotel clean, friendly, helpful staff. 2 minutes walk to tube station on Piccadilly line! Very reasonable price.

Restaurant food average, staff pleasant and accommodating.

Very good value for money. The service in the restaurant was not wonderful, but other than this the hotel was excellent. We needed a place to stay while sightseeing in London, its really close to the tube station and is perfect for what we needed

Good priced hotel given its proximity to London. Our room was spacious and clean with a good bathroom and the added benefit of a safe for valuables. Staff helpful. Breakfast fair quality and plenty of it but expensive. The tube station was just a couple of minutes away and as it`s on the Picaddily line we only had to get one train into the centre which was a bonus. We were also pleasanly suprised that we heard no noise from Heathrow despite being on the flightpath, and the blackout curtains worked a treat. On the downside, however, the food was expensive and the carpark extremely small and out car got covered in debris from the trees we had to park under.

I, along with my wife and son, stayed at the Days Hotel in Hounslow for 2 days. We were surprised at the good service and helpfulness of the staff there, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The rooms were comfortable, beds were great and we were all pleased with our stay there. I will certainly use this hotel again when in the area. There is a lot of aircraft noise in this area, however whilst in the hotel I can`t even remember hearing a single plane! A great place to stay.

Roomy and clean, the accomodations are well furnished and equiped with superior bathrooms. The Breakfasts are great but other meals just adequate. The hotel is located in a colourful multicultural district. It is just steps from a tube station.

Best value for money I have ever had when staying in a hotel. Nice atmosphere, very clean and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

Very close to the underground, in 30 minutes we were in picadilly circus, and in 10 in Heatrow Airport. Would recommend it for a night stay. Breakfast was ok, no a lot of choice.

No frills hotel, clean and free wifi. Good location, 5 mins walk to Hounslow central tube station, 3 tube stops from the Heathrow airport and 37 mins to central London. For that price cannot ask for more. A 5 mins walk will take you to Hounslow central shopping area.

A good place to stay.

Found the hotel clean, reasonable rates, easy access to Heathrow Terminals. Good wifi connection and Helpful with requests. Within access of underground to london central although this does take about an hour Would stay here again

Group of 5 including 2 teenagers. Hotel lovely and clean. Staff friendly and efficient. Two rooms taken, the one at the back was quiet , the one at the front was a bit noisy with traffic and aircraft in the early morning. However, would highly recommend and we all enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel was clean and service was delivered with a smile. The hotel has great connections for the tube. The area however is a little intimidating at night, this could be because I live in the countryside though!! Parking is a nightmare; the hotel parking is expensive and the surrounding carparks do not permitt overnight stays. However, all-in-all I think I would stay there again.

Air conditioning was not working properly

We had booked a triple room but as adults, not as a couple with a child, so we were surprised we had been allocated a room with a double and a made-up bed for a child. Needless to say, the bed was too small - isn`t it possible to have a triple room with full-size beds? No mention was made that the triple room did not have full-size beds. We arrived late and did not realise the made-up bed was too short until we went to bed quite late, otherwise we would have made a complaint. We also had to leave very early and there was nobody at reception.

The hotel was in very good condtion and the staff were very attentive and friendy. Though u was surprised to find that i had to pay to park in the hotels carpark.

Staff and room were all excellent. Continental breakfast was rather expensive, but I would definately stay again.

I was very impressed with my overnight stay in this hotel. facilities extremely well kept, very clean with friendly staff. I will definately make days hotel my first choice next time - 9/10.

Close to Heathrow but very good value and clean with pleasant staff. small car park. No major issues, loose tiles on bahroom floor, all facilities worked OK, would return for another trip to London.
