was very basic, beds werent the most comfortable, good enough for a two night stay, just!!!!!!!
Hotel room was not anything like the picture which was displayed in the photo galary at time of booking. There was lack of lighting in the room with a awful draft coming from the window.
they say internet acces but internet acces is extra charge and 20 euro for 24 hours, this is too much and breakfast every day same item egg and sosis no more , next time i dont choose this otel. thanks.
The only one thing I didn`t like is the domestic lady, every morning she was screaming on the corridor and without knocking to the door, she was trying to come inside and never said sorry even... That`s rude. But other than that were super, very nice ladies in the kitchen and reception ... Thanks everyone!!! I will be back!
Stayed at this hotel because it was close to Disneyland Paris. We caught a taxi from the hotel to Disneyland and from Disneyland back to the hotel. It took about 30-40mins and cost around 60 EURO. We were going to catch the train from Disneyland back to the hotel (train station is 10mins from Hotel we were told) but they had a strike on the trains so decided to get a taxi instead. If I were to stay there again I would research and plan the train route a bit more as it would be cheaper and maybe a bit quicker. Close to McDonalds, KFC and there is a resturant across the road. Nice room. Breakfast was ok. The journey into the city is a bit long so not recommended if you want to be close to the city attractions. No real major problems, would stay here again, but not if I was going to do the tourist attractions
This hotel is very dated. The rooms are far too small, our toilet broke twice. The rooms are not sound proofed and the traffic on the road outside never stops so if you want a good nights sleep stay somewhere else. The bar was never opened and when we asked the staff we were told to go to the shopping mall 10 mins down the road, which closed at 8pm.
good comfortable clean room only fault i had with the room was the window not child friendly at all a fully grown adult would have no troble getting out that window and the room door had no addtional locks on 3 yr old child can easily open it.
Friendly staff & good facilities - Excellent buffet breakfast but restaurant closed for evening meals
not very clean hair in sink and bath . could not find hotel or street on gps asked severel people for directions but they did not know hotel. phoned hotel no one spoke english drove around for 2 hours until we found it breakfast was horrible one to give a miss
My family and I was bitten all over by bed bugs, I was reluctant to eat any breakfast that is if you can call it breakfast, and no you are not near to disneyland.
Receptionist helpful, rooms small but functional, breakfast good. We found the walk to the railway station easy and the journey into Paris is quick, BUT check your return times and destination board carefully, because they don`t always stop at Rosny-bois-Perrier!!
All the family were bitten by mosquitos while sleeping. This was improved on subsequent days by using a fan and us buying plenty of mosquito repellants. Breakfast was good, but some items ran out if you came for the late morning breakfast.
We stayed there for two nights visiting Paris and Disneyland. Pros(+)/cons(-): +Train station is in walking distance (5-10 min, but prepare with map as easy to miss), Paris St-Lazare station is 15 min. +Helpful, English speaking reception +Clean, tidy, silent +Many restaurants, retail park in the nearby -Small room, worn beds (feels like hole in the middle), 2 bedside lamps didn`t work, TV remote didn`t work, above 190cm you find the bed too small -Safety issues: mains plug 5cm from your head at the same level as pillows, sharp edges in the bathroom, spare bed collapsed due to inproper installation -Poor quality blankets, no blanket to the spare bed -Breakfast: no choices, only one sort of meat (ham)/cheese, cheap jams, drinks: orange juice, milk + coffee machine. Be there promptly at 8am, as milk jar will not be refilled. -Checkin time is 1pm (rather than 12pm)
There were some loud visitors staying who when approached were reasonable. However, one guest was obviously drunk and very noisy at 4:30am and there appeared to be no security to deal with it.
Very small room. We booked a family room; it is only large enough for a small person Room was not clean; window would not shut I can only recommend it for its location
Ok so if your planning on spending alot of time in your room then you don`t wanna be here. There small and cramped. Our double bed was 2 singles pushed together, which kept falling apart x x imthe shower was ok x x But if you just need the basics then this place has it x x it`s worth the price when u see how much other hotels on Paris cost x x x O and they do a killer breakfast which for us was in with the price x x x I would stay again x x in fact I will be next year x Also it`s in zone 3 x smack bang in-between Paris central and Disneyland x 5 mins from the RER train station x 1 min from a McD. 1otherthing I would like to point out is the rooms get stuffy x x it`s to hot to not open the windows but being on a motorway. Makes it noisy x x But like I said x x allyou need us a bed to lay your head x x DazaClaza
Do not choose this hotel if you have lots of luggage as there was literally enough room for the beds and that was all.
Very good value, helpful staff, clean and close to Paris/Disney
a little traffic noise but would stay there again because overall very good value.
It may be worth considering staying closer to Paris. The walk to the station and the people using the station you use for this hotel can be quite scary from about 10pm in the evening. We returned to the hotel one night at about 11.30pm, it was frightening there were groups/gangs of youths who frightened to death the two 16 year old girls in our group. we are a family of 5 [ 2 adults and one slightly younger child aged 13] the walk was 10-15 minutes over uneven pathways and was not an easy route to find. The hotel itself was friendly and the staff seemed to speak good english. the breakfast was ok typical choice etc, though somedays had to ask for missing items, they replenished quickly when prompted to do so.
We find the hotel meets our needs we can park the car, and train into paris very easily. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the breakfast more than adequate. Price is also good for a family room.
The staff were very helpful especially a lady by the name Dalphine who took me on a paris tour on the first day, i would recomend anytime this hotel to any one who wants to visit paris
We stayed at the comfort rosny for two nights in late july 2010. We had 2 rooms, one for out teenage boys and the other for my wife and i. The hotel is very close to the motorway which makes it very accessible but the room we had at the front was so noisy, even with the window closed that neither of us slept. Therei s no air conditioning so you really need the window open otherwise it`s stifling in July. We changed after the first night to a room at the back which was quieter and also better fnished, the one at the rront was pretty tatty with mildew etc in the bathroom, no phone and a telly that didnt work. Excellent brakfast and 20m9nutes to central paris by RER. Couple of places to eat nearby but worth walking up to the town which is very pleasant. Overall, once we`d changed rooms, good value.
The staff and breakfast were very good and the area was nice. The only slightly negative things were that the bed was not that comfortable and the decoration was dated.
The downside of this hotel is NO Airconditioning specially during summer however the staff were very kind to provide fans.
Staff incredibly helpful, couldn`t do enough for you. Rooms clean and adequate, managed to fit travel cot by bed. Breakfasts fab and set you up for the day. Easy to find and to get into centre of Paris within 20 mins. Lack of air condition only niggle but it was unseasonably hot when we were there.
THE HOTEL WAS DIRTY. THE ROOM SMELT OF SMOKE WHEN WE HAD CHOSEN A NON SMOKING ROOM. THE BLANKETS ON THE BED HAD USED PLASTERS STUCK TO THEM. THE BAR WAS NOT OPEN AT ALL DURING OUR STAY BECAUSE APPARENTLY THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH GUESTS?? THE DRINKS MACHINE WAS NOT WORKING FOR 2 OF OUR 4 DAYS, ON THE DAYS THAT IT WAS WE HAD NO CHANGE AND ASKED AT RECEPTION WHO COULD NOT GIVE US ANY OR EVEN OPEN THE BAR TO GET US A DRINK!! BEAR IN MIND THAT THERE IS NO KETTLE OR DRINKS FACILITIES IN YOUR ROOM. THE STAFF WERE NOT HELPFUL IN ANY WAY AND ONE IN PARTICULAR QUITE ARROGANT. IT IS AROUND A 15 MINUTE WALK TO THE NEAREST METRO STATION WHICH IS GOOD BUT THE WALK THROUGH THE AREA TO GET THERE WAS QUITE NERVY. THERE ARE NO POSITIVES AT ALL TO REPORT ABOUT THIS HOTEL. NOT RECOMMENDED IN ANY WAY STAY CLEAR OF THIS SO CALLED `HOTEL`.
Nice clean room. Very helpful staff. Generous breakfast. All within 20 minutes of the centre of Paris
better ask the receptionist to check your room, bath room and lighting before you check in.Some rooms need repair. Breakfast is ready from 7 to 10 but need to go down earlier, otherwise, you will not have a full continental breakfast.
FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF. GOOD BREAKFAST
Room was unbearably hot for three nights of our stay. Some form of air conditioning would be essential in the summer months. We would not consider staying during July, August or September.
Good clean hotel, close to motorway, RER shopping centre, restaurants. Excellent location for Paris sightseeing 10min walk to RER, 15min to Hausseman station, which is a perfect point to set off in all directions. Hotel is dated but clean and tidy, personnel friendly. There could be a bit more choice for breakfast.
Firstly took over an hour & quarter to find hotel, possibly my fault for not getting clearer instructions but I followed the ones on booking confirmation. Upon arrival I was told that the triple room I had booked was not available. Rooms shouldn`d be allowed to be booked if they are not available. Was firstly given 2 rooms across the corrider from each other. Receptionist very helpful & eventually we were given 2 adjoining rooms. Hotel itself pleasant enough, although window had no handle so were unable to shut completely to keep out very noisy road outside.
a good clean hotel.we had a family room for three people ample space in room, bathroom was huge.staff were friendly and helpful.good base to travel in to paris, train station 10 mins walk.after reviewing french hotels via the internet we were pleased with our choice.
Good clean room and great breakfast. A great value. The metro stop, however, was farther than expected and there are few people on the roads at night. I would advice a person walking alone to be aware of this.
We got an excellent deal for this hotel and on that basis, we were very pleased with the facilities. The hotel was clean, if in need of some updating in places, and our interconnecting rooms were big enough. There were plenty of places nearby to eat and the train station was less than 10 minutes away. We had breakfast included and it was okay, but if it hadn`t been included, I wouldn`t have paid 9 Euros for it. If you get a good deal, I would recommend this hotel, but don`t pay full price.
Areas to improve: opening of bar to advertised times customer service levels of the night team (day team were very helpful)
