for a family of 4 this is a great one night stop over. we arrived to find that our room wasn`t ready, so the luggage was stored. I did think that this would have been taken to our room for us. The room was comfortable. We were facing the chirch so we did hear the bells, but we had been warned of this. I did have a bath and noticed that the room hadn`t been cleaned great as there was sick stains under the toilet and on the bathroom door. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is brilliant. I would return again. It is in a great location in central dublin , not far from temple bar.
Very squeaky bed that my neices slept in. Rooms could do with updating.
Wasnt what we expected as seen it on line and it looked much nicer, room was quite small and basic and nothing special, no wifi unless u paid for it. Just not what we were looking for. Would make a last minute choice but not a hotel I would return to . Although staff were helpful I will give them that !!!! Reception staff
Very average but room clean
I enjoyed my stay, and found some staff went out of their way to help me. The room was comfortable - As my room was directly opposite the cathedral, which was a great view, the only trouble was being woken up by the Cathedral bells every hour thoughout the early hours of the morning!
We got a brilliant deal and would stay there again. Great breakfast. We`ve already recommended it to friends and colleagues.
The hotel was fine but so cold mainly due to the doors at the main enterance which opened whenever anyone passed outside or close to the door. had to wear my coat at all times in the bar or reception. very clean toilets in the reception. overly expensive car park for my sister-in-law to visit for few hrs. My big complaint is how cold I was for the three days I spent and couldnt get access to my room until 1600 a bit unfair as we had to hang around for a very long time.
bathroom needs attention spring too heavy on door no fan water leaving sink very slowlwy
Best location in Dublin ! Easy walking distance to everything. Spacious lobby staffed by friendly, helpful staff. Great value !
radiators creak really loudly whilst heating up and cooling down- interrupted sleep. Limited service although staff were very polite and helpful
This was our first stay at Jurys and we will certinally stay again. There were a couple of teeting problems with the room when we booked in but theses were rectified quickly and all in all the hotel was great value for money and everyone was helpful. Great!!
Continental breakfast was extremely poor. No breadbuns, cold meat or fruit. On my second day there were no croissants either. There was only cereals, fruit, toast and scones. On the plus side the hotel was clean, room was a good size and staff were helpful.
The room, staff, location were all wonderful! Will absolutely stay there again!
Room and bathroom, good size and clean. Car parking right at the back of the hotel, reasonably priced if you`re a guest. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel. Breakfast was lovely, would definitely stay again!
Need a smoking area for guests to stop them standing right outside the front door (and just below our room).
Staff, especially reception staff, is excellent, efficient, friendly and very willing to help with any questions or problems we had. One problem, bathroom toilet in room 515, had problems that made it run and make a mechanically loud noise for 3-4 minutes each time it was flushed.
As the headline states, great location close to shops, temple bar, sites etc. Reception staff, doorstaff all very helpful. The only negative needing a keycard to use the reception toilet!?
ENJOYED.....Nice and clean with helpful staff..
The staff are friendly and helpful but the hotel needs updating.
great location and great friendly staff
Room was very dark even with all the lights on. Very annoying church bells EVERY 1/4 hour all night. Sink took ages to drain away so obviously blockage somewhere. Restaurant was closed one evening which was inconvenient.
