Staff friendly and efficient. Room was very compact to say the least but clean and comfortable. Overall good for the price.

Everything was excellent, except the breakfast - which is stated as continental, but tinned mixed fruit, cheese slices, toast, croissant + 2 cereals could have been better. Tinned grapefruit would have been more acceptable & perhaps yoghurt. Needed a electrical socket near to a mirror!! Otherwise the lovely refurbished room & shower room and staff were all excellent. Cooked breakfast was available for an extra £5.

I booked this hotel months ago for my daughter`s 18th birthday trip to London. It was sold to me with continental breakfast, something I`ve never done before, but there was no alternative (of a cooked breakfast). Two days before we left I received an email telling me if I booked direct with the hotel we could have free cooked breakfast!! Yippeee! Emailed the hotel to be told that because we didn`t book direct with Huttons, the offer wasn`t available!! Why wasn`t it available when we booked? Breakfast was so grim that three of our party (daughter included) decided not to have it. Tinned fruit, white supermarket bread, processed cheese and three toasters were the order of the day. Oh and some muesli and an odd looking juice (son had it and said it tasted of mould.....) What a lost opportunity for what was otherwise a fab stay. Staff top notch and lovely clean rooms.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, plenty of food for breakfast with polite staff. However the room was cold and the bed was uncomfortable (not a double but two single beds pushed together).

the rooms where not like pictures & very crowded our clothes smelt of food from the breakfast room not nice.

The staff were very accommodating, the room was very with a nice bathroom. Close to the Pimlico station so easy access to the city centre. The beds were SLIGHTLY hard, and I would have preferred a duvet to bed sheets BUT I had a lovely time!

We are looking forward to more adventures in London starting from Huttons Hotel

Room and shower clean and pleasant. Breakfast good with an optional cooked breakfast for £5 (pay at reception first).Staff welcoming and friendly. You can leave your luggage safely with them on your last day if you are not leaving London until the evening. Would gladly stay again.

Spacious triple room. Clean accommodation. Friendly staff. Good location for the Apollo Victoria. Nice breakfast.

Stayed one night when visiting London to see Billy Elliot. Hotel very well located for stations and theatres. Room was clean and adequate, very comfy beds. Slightly disconcerting to be given room 101 but no major probs! It was a bit chilly at times, especially in the bathroom. Hotel very helpful in looking after our luggage before and after our stay. Breakfast was ok. Tea, coffee and TV in room. All in all it was fine- thank you.

Hotel appearance from outside and reception are good clean and tidy. Room was small and looked dated with very small bathroom facilities. Bed was extremely uncomfortable with materess sinking to the middle. Constant banging of doors all through night

We did not sleep very well at all , the bed was very uncomfortable the mattress was very hard and well worn and the bedstead was just about holding it self up it also creaked every time you moved . The room was very noisy as guests were wheeling their cases across the wooden floor outside of our room . I think we would have been better off sleeping on the floor had there been enough room . The staff were very pleasant and welcoming and the hotel was clean so it was a shame that our stay was spoilt by the rest . I don`t usually complain but feel a little let down by the experience .

The family room we stayed in (104) was very draughty and the noise from the footsteps in the room above was ridiculous. On a positive note the room was clean and the bathroom was like new.

If all you want is somewhere to sleep then this is the place. Rooms are very small but it is clean and comfortable.

Although the rooms were in need of a little decoration the bathroom was very nice and the staff were very helpful and we will visit again and recommend the hotel to our friends.

Although the hotel was clean, our room was very small. There were 4 people in our party and it felt like we were put in a room with camp beds crammed in where they fitted. The bathroom was like a cupboard that had been converted and had a sink so small, you could not wash your face in it. We were only staying for 1 night, so we could endure it for that. However, should we have been staying for longer, I would have complained. Breakfast was ok, if somewhat disorganised. There was a shortage of spoons, which had to be washed by hand before we could sit and eat our cereal. I have visited London a number of times in many of the more up market hotels as well as the Travelodges, and I must say that I don`t feel The Huttons Hotel is worth the money we paid and would not book to stay there again.

The room was cramped, the bathroom was tiny - you couldn`t sit in the toilet without half being in the shower too - and felt a bit like a caravan. Breakfast was toast, which you had to cook yourself, and there were not enough tables for all the guests. That being said it was a functional room for a quick overnight stay.

Continental breakfast is not toast made with cheep bread. Hotel clean and tidy, just disappointed with breakfast.

As expected, the room was quite small but very clean(had read previous reviews)the receptionist was very helpful and nice.My only negative comment would be the choice of colour for the bedding etc which is mostly bown which makes the room seem dark and even smaller .this did not worry us unduly as it is purely decorative,and it would not stop us from using this hotel again.Also,although it said there was a phone in the room,there was`nt.

Rooms quite small, noisy on the ground floor, too hot in one room, too cold in the other, breakfast room too small and disorganised. Staff brilliant, really helpful, clean and tidy hotel overall.

Lovely hotel. Clean, great shower, comfy bed, We were on the fourth floor and the windows opened to let in a lovely cool breeze .Very convenient for the station and the show. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel very basic. The ensuite was excellent. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. The room would have been a good size if 2 extra single beds hadn`t been put in the room, you had to mind your head on the hanging rail when getting out of bed. The breakfast was poor.

We booked one night here. We spent little time in the room which was good as it was not much bigger than a cupboard. Room was dated but shower room had been renovated. Continental breakfast was nice - I had orange juice, coffee, cereal and croissant. Area was quite smart but a bit of a walk to Victoria and similar to Pimlico.
