Very clean, no noise though quite busy. Obviously not top end of the market but room was nice (shower a bit hot). Enjoyed our stay. Would have been nice to have a few beans, tomatoes, hash browns or something to accompany the "continental breakfast" but there was still enough choice. Would stay there again. 10 min walk to Victoria Station and Victoria Palace Theatre.
Great location, spotless hotel and lovely staff. Room was small but ok for couple of nights. Would stay there again.
Well located in Pimlico with good restaurants and bars nearby. Room was small but clean and comfortable with good toilet/shower room. Breakfast was fine with and staff friendly. Could do with some refurbishment, with TV remote temperamental and door deadlock not working.
Room was smaller than expected but was comfortable and perfectly adequate for overnight/weekend break. The dining room was very pleasant and CLEAN! Staff friendly and helpful .
Very nice and clean hotel, Only downside was room was cold. Seemed like the heating came on at 7 in the evening and again at 7 in the morning.
Very happy with all aspects of the room, clean, had everything we needed, helpful and polite staff. My only negative comment is the room was cold. There was a radiator in there however I don`t think it came on at all. I would stay again if it was summer.
Decoration very good. It was possible to leave luggage both before checking in and after checking out which made the hotel break very relaxing
Expensive for what you get. Although convenient location the room was a cupboard. Not enough room to walk round the bed without tripping over the bedspread. The wardrobe was a rack screwed to the wall. Bathroom looked newly refurbished which was nice but no towel space. At the price of this this room why was it only supplied with a continental breakfast. Although an optional upgrade to a proper breakfast was only a fiver it should not have been necessary.
Only a few minutes walk from Apollo Victoria hotel, this was a small roomed hotel. It was clean and comfy and compact.Breakfast was ok as continental but there were a lot of people in a small area making it difficult to reach items. The staff were pleasant.
Hotel very clean comfortable and friendly. Would stay again.
Had problems with key card for room but on both occasions they apologised & it was sorted immediately
Clean but bijou. Bed need replacing, very hard, breakfast ok.facility`s adequate.
Whilst the Hotel is very clean. The room is very small and a little claustrophobic. Not keen on the use of brown blanket on the bed. Prefer a duvet.
Room was clean and in good order, but very small for a double. Breakfast was excellent.
A continental breakfast ?? Usually a warm pastry ie croissant or something , crumpet, toast, tinned fruit salad and cereal didn`t really measure up to the title continental breakfast , but coffee was nice .and the bed was comfortable. Nice the room was serviced every day, fresh towels was lovely.the reception staff always had a smile and a hello .overall a good centre to watch a show and explore London.
Hotel clean an tidy, breakfast OK for continental.
We stayed at the Huttons hotel (our grandsons loved the fact that the hotel had the same name as us!) Our family room was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom had obviously been recently refurbished. The man on reception when we checked in was particularly helpful as we are unfamiliar with London. The hotel is in easy reach of Euston station and a 20 minute bus ride from Leicester square. The continental breakfast was a little basic but an English breakfast was available for an extra £5. Overall we enjoyed our overnight stay and we were allowed to keep our luggage there after we had checked out so we could enjoy a second day in London.
Very clean and staff helpful. Pity no air con (british weather normally not very hot) but did need some sort of air con this weekend. Was not very happy with chooses for breakfast (2 type of cereals and toast and apples) did think there should have been more to choose from. Found hotel very close to most places.
Hotel was clean but small the breakfast accomadating consist of toast, cornflakes not really sure why we were given raffle tickets. We were able to leave cases in a locked room but to have a conversation with anyone proved very difficult as they answered with very little english vocabulary.
Reasonably priced hotel with welcoming staff. Rooms are small but very clean. Good location close to underground - bus stop opposite. Good choice of local restaurants.
No plug in basin, room very tiny, glad only stayed 2 nights, was at least very clean even though shower tray badly chipped, no shelf in bathroom to put anything. Dangerous step on opening the door into the breakfast room, needs warning sign. On the upside, staff helpful and friendly, breakfast basic but good.
Friendly & helpful staff was a feature. Comfortable accommodation.
Hotel was as expected for a three star in London. Very pleased that the room was quiet considering the location. Easy to get to from either Victoria tube station or Pimlico tube.Reception staff very helpful with our request to leave our case as we had arrived early; also able to leave it until the afternoon of our check out day.
Although I am a business traveller I was given Room 105 (for four people). Room was nice and clean but right next to the elevator shaft, so quite noisy. Also the room above has very noisy floorboards, so not a great nights sleep. For a family on vacation...no problem. Breakfast was basic, coffe was excellent, staff really friendly and helpful.
Really nice staff and rooms
Its small but clean, staff in reception are pleasant, the problem is we don`t have a phone if you want to ask something or request something.like,we don`t have shampoo and soap in the bathroom.no hot water in the shower. I`m in the 4rt floor,I can`t be bother to go down just for shampoo and soap. I just have a wash using my flannel and used hot water in the top and not so hot it`s just warm...not pleased with it.
The hotel was in a great position and the size was alright for the price. Only real problem was the heating was never on so the room was always freezing and shower took a while to heat up apart from that room was great!
The room size for 3 adults was not good for the price I paid.
Lovely hotel, small rooms but big enough to spend a few nights, very clean and lovely staff! Breakfast was great too! Thank you Huttons hotel
