Slightly muddled check-in control and Sunday breakfast over too soon at 9.15 (it was a good breakfast, though). Clean and tidy and unpretentious - served its purpose exactly.

Its a great room for a short stay, very clean and comfort able and the breakfast was great.

Overall, Hotel is very clean & well decorated & modern, However, not enough ventilation so rooms get too hot, Dining area gets too cramped as area too small, plus not enough choices of fruit & no yogurt, the lift is far too slow & small. Location is fantastic - close to all amenities.

Good service, clean, modern and functional room with all facilities working well. Lovely spacious shower. Breakfast was very basic and was a fried english although not really "full" - I would include tomatoes, mushrooms and black pudding as optional extras to truly be a "full" english. Staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Check-in, room cleanliness and decor: excellent. But one of the (room) cups wasn`t really clean and I`d requested a non-caffeine drink option which was not available either in the room or at breakfast.

Rooms very clean and nice to have tea and coffee facility`s. Hotel in a good location within walking distance from Victoria coach station.

Good clean good location

Overall the service was good. The room was small, but adequate for our single night stay. We booked an English breakfast when we arrived at the hotel; however this was not conveyed to the kitchen. One of the kitchen staff had to double check in the morning. We had to get across London in the rush hour for a funeral & although the breakfast eventually arrived in time we could have done without this delay. Otherwise everything was fine & the staff were very helpful. Gordon Charters.

comfortable bed n clean room n very good noise control as we were right by breakfast room but didn`t hear anything despite it being full when we went in. Breakfast was a bit hectic but was good food

Clean and comfortable, quiet (with the exception of noisy guests above who were moving furniture from midnight until 6.45, Yes, all night!) Appreciate this was outwith control of hotel. Website and hotel reviews suggested breakfast was included but on checking in was advised it was not. Otherwise fine, and with two rooms booked, found both to be in good order.

VERY HELPFULL AND FRIENDLY STAFF. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE .OUR BREAKFAST WAS AN EXTRA,HOWEVER THE CHOICE AND QUALITY WAS EXEPTIONAL.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and sociable. The two rooms we booked were very small but also were very clean. The one room proved to be too small for the 2 people to manoeuvre around each other so they asked to be moved. They were duly given a different room without any fuss. A short walk to Victoria Train Station and Victoria Coach Station.

HOTEL WAS IN AGOOD LOCATION FOR SHOPS ,CAFE AND RESTAURANTS

The rooms were very small, although clean. Very dissatisfied with the so called continental breakfast, only toast and cereal, no meats or croissants and the breakfast room more like a canteen.

Nice clean hotel, friendly, helpful staff. It`s in a good location, quiet but within easy walking distance for sights and tour buses. TV signal wasn`t very good but we didn`t spend much time in our room.

The lift is very noisy especially at night when your room is next door. I advise to ask for a room that is not next to the lift. The lift itself is very slow and makes you feel like it is going to break down. The continental breakfast was a disappointment when there wasn`t any crossiants but the website picture showed they were offered.

Very well positioned for what we wanted. Room clean and comfortable if a little cramped for 3 adults, en suite clean with fresh towels both days. Breakfast a little basic and lacking in choice. However for the price paid it was fantastic value for money and we would stay there again.

The rooms are on the small size but clean and done the job required. Breakfast was a bit of an experience and gets a bit crowded if you arrive all at same time. A little more organization at the toast area would ease things along. But overall i was happy with my stay there.

TV didn`t work, shower lukewarm. But was ok for a quick overnight stop.

Room was so small we could not walk between the twin beds. Being partially disabled this caused quite a few problems. Very clean.

Lovely hotel well placed for sight seeing staff helpful and only complaint was continental breakfast very little choice cereals, bread ,fruit juice poor could do with few Danish pastry n fresh fruit adding to breakfast buffet

I found the hotel in a great location, close to all that we wanted to do and generally good. The only thing I would point out is that our room (405) backed onto the lift shaft which was fairly noisy especially at midnight with people coming back from out on the town. It met all of our needs and was good value for what we paid in such a premium location. Would be happy to stop again, maybe in a room away from the lift shaft !!! Overall we were very happy tho !!!

Good hotel for the location.. Close to Pimlico which was a 5 minute walk if that! Hotel itself is basic. Very small rooms. Problem with shower - handle broke so couldn`t turn off! Good hotel as didn`t need to spend much time there. Was a good base!

Enjoyed our one night stay this week .Happy with the bedroom room and shower . Reception extremely helpful when needed. Will be back .

Clean room, comfortable bed, but very little space and bad smell from the drain in the bathroom. Ok for a quick stopover.

Worked well for us lower floor room was great breakfast was a bit basic but very nice room was very clean and tidy shower room was very good and the staff were excellent.

I stayed at this hotel on a theatre break & wasn`t sure what to expect as it was a very reasonable price. The location is fantastic & was really easy to get on buses to get around. The hotel was clean & the staff were very helpful. The room was a little small but it was everything we needed for the 2 nights we were there. I wouldn`t hesitate to stay here again.

Staff appeared to be to busy on their phones and took no intrest in us, we felt like we ware an inconvenience, room was very small and when we asked for a bigger room we ware just told no. Check out time far to early
