Excellent location for all the shows, within walking distance . Amazingly quiet for being so central. Staff very polite . A very comfortable nights sleep and very clean, modern and nicely decorated .

Very impressed with the hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the junior suite was roomy and comfortable with 2 TVs and a mini bar. Highly recommended - would definitely come again.

Everything there for a pleasant stay, breakfast was excellent, could do with a grab rail to get out of bath, bit slippy getting out, other then that I was very happy, the complimentary water was most welcome.

Fantastic hotel, clean, modern and very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast choice would definitely use them again. Only thing a little confusing in the name change to every hotel....found difficult to find at first, although I believe a recent change.

excellent hotel in an exceptional spot...the staff were extremely nice and helpful...the rooms are a very high standard, and the housekeeping is first class...The best all round hotel I`ve stayed in when visiting the heart of the city!!!!

We`ve been to London a few times and had to use the various transport systems with reasonable success. Stay at this hotel and you don`t need to. Seriously, everything is just round the corner. You just walk or even saunter as you`ll have extra time. Just one caveat. The hotel restaurant has a reduced menu of burgers pizzas etc. but even that is pretty good.

Hotel and staff lovely, made to feel very welcome. Fantastic location and easy access to all venues. Look forward to going back!

My only gripe would be that I wish the menu in the restaurant had a little more variety.apart from that everything about the hotel is fantastic

Stayed at this hotel, very clean, staff polite. Only problem was we stayed in Room 102 which faces out onto the main road opposite a casino and a few clubs. The sound proofing in the room was non existent, we could hear everything going on outside. Went to bed at midnight and eventually went down to reception to complain at 4 am in the morning as could not sleep for the noise. To be fair the manager refunded all bar costs that we had incurred and gave us a free breakfast. If you are staying at this hotel get a room a lot higher up than floor one.

Friendly staff, clean modern rooms. Few scuffs on walls and our shower floor cover was loose, but not major. Lovely complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee... View next doors building site but 0 noise, which was excellent. It`s a pity the fire alarm woke us this morning, as the bed was SOOO comfy. Breakfast was good value. Location excellent.

The room was clean and a good size. The bed was so comfortable,I`d defy anyone not to have a good nights sleep. The bathroom was also a good size with a brilliant shower. I would hughly recommend the Thistle Piccadilly and will definitely stop there again

from start to finish our stay was hassle free, quick to be checked in and our room was great overlooking Leicester Square. as for the breakfast I could quite easily eat that every day!! great stay great location and great staff. thank you.

The attitude and manner of all staff from reception through to dining room was excellent and very welcoming. Your staff training is good and we would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel. One downside - in the dining room could you please serve tea from a teapot and not from a mug with a teabag!! On our first morning we had individual teapots but on the second we had the mug and teabag. Many thanks.

Whilst we only stayed at the hotel for one night both my wife and I were both impressed by the courtesy of all staff that we saw during our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent. The next occasion that we require an overnight stay when we visit London we will book this hotel again.

A very clean and well presented hotel in a prime location on the doorstep of the likes of Trafalgar/Leicester Square and within walking distance of Buckingham palace, Westminster etc. I will be certainly going back again next year, Thank you
