Only there for one night, but very impressed with the helpful, cheerful staff. Room comfortable and had everything you could need.

I booked a twin room in November but on arrival my daughter and I found we had been allocated a double bed although the room had been upgraded to a superior. We managed to be moved to a twin bedded room but reception were quite difficult about the fact that the booking stated double/twin. I don`t know how to make sure that if you want separate beds the booking system allows this.

not our first time at Jury,s, never disappointed, the staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and bright and the food great, we stayed last night 4th jan to 5th, even had a free upgrade to Executive room with Kingsize bed. fantastic and would always recommend Jury,s Inn.

I visited Birmingham for the christmas markets and chose the Jurys Inn as it was near to them. On arrival the helpful receptionist let us check in early into a very nice clean twin room on the 9th floor. We also had dinner at the hotel. Although the dining room was full with christmas parties we were put in a quieter side room which had a few tables in, the staff were attentive and the food came quickly. The breakfast was also good all freshly cooked with lots of choice.

We went to gatecrasher boxing night ,really good hotel for the price we paid and really good location ,it was about a 5 minute walk.Staff are all friendly and helpful.

Clean bedrooms. Only slight negative was there were no instructions for the air conditioning and the room was cold.

3rd stay here, has had a makeover since last time very nice now, only let down is the room the heating leaves much to be desired to keep room warm we had to keep switching it on ots not constant, room got very cold during night and had to keep getting put of bed to turn it on but everything else great

Decor is a bit faded but the rooms are a good size and everything worked well. Breakfast was absolutely fine without any distinguishing features.

Amazing hotel very clean & the staff were very friendly and the price was just right there was only 1 downside to out hotel room on the 8th floor was you could here the lift quite loudly when it past our floor but would defo stay there again

The reception, bar area and rooms were excellent. Although the food was good at breakfast and buffet style is fine, I don`t personally like having to hunt around for every single item I need, cutlery, napkins, salt and pepper, etc. Surely just laying up the tables is not so hard?

The towels smelt like bathroom sealant. They booked us a double room instead of a twin and we were put on a different floor very far away from the rest of our party as a result when it was their error. The shower had a blocked drain so the water just collected as a giant pool during the shower.

Very conveniently located for Broad St and the theatre. Comfortable beds, very good room. Would have liked water and biscuits on offer in the room, and possibly a mini bar.

I could not have wished for a better stay, helpful and polite staff and a perfect room. I will definitely be staying again.

This is our 4th stay at Jury`s. It`s a great central hotel the rooms are clean and spacious the beds are really comfy. We have a great nights sleep the breakfast is good and plentiful and the staff are welcoming and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your city break.

Great location, good service, excellent room.

We stayed for one night at the hotel and were very pleased. The Reception staff were polite and very helpful the room itself was very clean and a great size. All facilities within the room were excellent ranging from the air conditioning, Flat screen t.v, tea and coffee making facilities, and a very modern bathroom. The breakfast was self service but had everything you would want. Overall very happy.

We were there on a Saturday night and the area is a total zoo, but hotel was quiet and comfortable. Good breakfast

The hotel was in a good position by the canals and plenty of restaurants. It was a very clean hotel, the room was spacious and we enjoyed our stay.

We only stayed at the hotel over night 3 girls but we had a great time room was fab and the breakfast hot and a very good choice The young man didn`t get his name on the reception was excellent nothing was too much trouble for him told us all the best ways to get around Birmingham Would definitely be back at some point great value for money

I have been to the Birmingham Jury`s Inn several times and I have always felt very comfortable good value and efficient staff. The refurb recently completed is to an excellent standard. All in all the best place to stay for Birminghams entertainment and nightlife.
