Beautifully clean room however incredibly small room and miniscule bathroom. Meeted our needs though for one night. Radiator however unable to turn off and was so hot.
Stayed for one night in manic December , excellent location and managed to park car 3 meters from door . We had room 220 comfy bed and a good night sleep , staff are very friendly and helpful . Will definitely stay again
Average Hotel but very polite staff, good location 5mins from Paddington, Would book again as value with theatre tickets. Stairs very steep so would have preferred lower level as the lift was out of order. But all in all great weekend.
Nice setting. Friendly staff. Very clean and cosy room.
Nice room, clean etc. Breakfast very good and very helpful and friendly staff. I would use this hotel next time I visit London, thanks.
one of several "low cost" hotels (in London still 150/night) on this Sussex Gardens row. we arrived late so it seems the only room with two twins was a dingy dungeon with a stopped up sink, grimy shower and ZERO room to even turn around in the room. the door hit the bed when you opened it. decor was OLD scratched wood and awful bedsprad. pictures akilter. no screen in window opening to patio (had to keep open for ventilation). this is what we arrived to...exhausted from long lovely trip to Prague. It was AWFUL!!!! They moved us next day to a better room -- 2nd floor with a real window -- still average but clean and bathroom upgraded. No valet service and internet only works if you go into the "bar/lounge" (only water and soda). if informed, I would have paid more to go somewhere else, but if tight budgt you can survive. good location for metro and trains. no positive feeling about this place....return trips are not expected i don`t think.
the hotel is in a nie area and reeption area very clean, my room 228 had clean towels and bedding, however the decor was not good, dirty marks on the walls, peeling paint. only there for 2 nights so something i ould put up with. good location
Difficulties with the shower and sink in the room, the shower was fixed but the sink remained unable to hold water (plug unusable). That apart room comfortable enough if small, Lift a bit temperamental we were on the 4th floor. Location fine on a no 23 bus route for shops and museums etc.
the shower was not up to standard door did not close also the base was very dirty with gime needed a good clean as it was a 3 star hotel paying 90£ i am not impressed also after paying for the hotel why was i told i could stay at other hotels a lot nearer to where i wanted to get to with theatre tickets included ive stayed with you a few times i hope i get a better service next time
The room was very small and hot, as was the bathroom. Only one power point worked and they were in a difficult to get to place especially for using the kettle. We only really slept there so it wasn`t too bad.
small rooms, ideal for a couple of days.
Decent hotel for the price we paid and good for a one night stay. The hotel is very small and they had a bar in the hotel but did not have any alcohol which was a bit of a disappointment. The room was small but clean the beds were soooo comfy we just weren`t happy that check out at 11am! But yes a good hotel if it`s a short stay in London!
Hotel was spotless, Room was a little on the small side, Toilet and shower room quite claustrophobic. However, having said that it was perfectly good for our one night stay. Friendly staff
Hotel is ideally located with access to buses and tubes a few minutes walk away. Rooms, whilst small , are very clean and receptionist is on duty 24 hours. Staff are polite and helpful.
Room and ensuite spotless, staff polite, helpful and friendly. Room small but perfectly adequate. I appreciated the comfortable bed, kettle, hairdryer, safe and TV. Excellent value for money would definitely stay again
Clean, 24 hr friendly reception, cheap and filling breakfast. Excellent location for seeing the sights.
Nice staff, Oxford street is near. Nice area and grocery stores were near. Elevator was bad.
Most of hotel seemed tired looking, and there were stains on the bed cover and only 1 spare plug socket in the room
Basic but comfortable, meets all basic needs and clean. Fairly good value for money.
