the hotel is in a good spot but the car parking was awful, its not ran by jurys it was hard to find and when we got there it was full. so had to wait a while before getting in. the room was clean but could do with updating. the reception staff when checking in were quite rude and didnt tell u anything about the hotel, for example check in and out times or even how to get up to the room. later in the night the hotel has bouncers, these guys were awful. like bullies which i thought was awful considering we are guests. i doubt id stay there again.
Would definitely use again
The Jurys Inn is ideal for first timers & probably returnees to Belfast. Staff were excellent, rooms comfortable and the food of fair quality for buffet style self-service. The Europa bus station is just 3 minutes walk and you`re right in the centre of things. Sadly it also attracted, during my stay, the kind of `excitable` women who insist of shouting out loud at 2.30 & 4.00 in the morning, not ideal when you`ve got to be up early for a flight Sunday morning!! No fault of the staff who quietened the 4 am `revellers` down soon enough. Shame as it spoilt an otherwise excellent first-time experience of The Jury & Belfast.
We stayed at the hotel to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday. We found the hotel very clean and the staff very friendly. Overall an excellent place to stay, we would definately come back again.
Basic but clean with friendly helpful staff. Great location in the city centre.Would visit again.
Nice and clean hotel with good enough size rooms etc, however we had a bad nights sleep as its situated near city centre with extremly busy traffic through out the night. Apart from that, nice hotel with pleasant staff
Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Spacious room, good bar and restaurant with friendly staff, in a good city centre location.
Generally OK; rooms clean, food OK, etc. I didn`t like the in-room internet being advertised on the web site, only to find it costs £5 per hour if you want to use it (I pay only £6 for a month at home) ! Tea and coffee was free. Breakfast is also an `extra` - not really made clear on the website. I think the price (whatever it is) should include breakfast and internet. Staff were helpful in ordering taxi, etc.
Room 413 was mediocre at best. Very dark and minimal.
rooms are spotless, staff very friendly & helpful.
Very nice hotel set within easy reach of most facilities. Very clean tasfully decorated rooms with usual hotel extras, hairdryer tv shower gels soaps etc. Breakfast a bit over priced as we could get a farmhouse grill (2 sausage, bacon fried egg beans fried soda bread, fried potatoe bread and fried bread) for £4.00 or the local ulster fry for £3.00 six of us eat breakfast with additional tea and toast £26.00. The hotel staff were helpful, freindly and pleasant manners.
Really nice hotel, room was spacious and modern and situated within walking distance of all good restaurants and bars
An excellent location to experience belfast.
Praise for your reception and bar staff, made us feel very welcome we had a fabulous time with you and would certainly book again. Room very comfy and clean.
we were very pleasantly surprised by jurys hotel belfast. the staff were very pleasant and helpful. the furnishings are modern and very tasteful and the price was very fair and we will use it again without question when we return to belfast.
We both really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were very polite&helpful, very clean&tidy hotel
Very enjoyable stay. Clean & comfortable. Great breakfast & central to everywhere we wanted to go. Staff very pleasant. Great price
Enjoyed our stay so much we have booked a return visit in July
Lovely clean hotel, and staff were very accomodating.
Jurys was a lovely hotel. very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. close to the town centre and train stations.
The shelf in the ensuite above the basin is dangerous. You cannot was your face in the basin because of the shelf.
The room was too warm, with no facility to change the temperature. The bathroom light was on a timer, which is most irritating. There are no facilities for smokers. The room smelt of cigarette smoke. The car parking charges were excessive.
Food reasonable. car parking expensive. Would like a telephone number so I could book directly, not go through your web-site and book through somebody in Cornwall
When I checked in at the beginning even though I had paid and had my booking details with me I was not on the hotel system. So they receptionist had to book me in. The size of the room was great. However it was next to the exit doors before getting into the lift. You could hear people going past and closing the doors quite loudly. The room was too hot to sleep in even though I turned the heating off. I didn`t want to open the window as it was noisy outside too. I did ask the reception for some earplugs but the person said no. There was some light still coming from the outside even when I had the curtains closed coming through around the edges. So bigger curtains would be have been great or if not a sleeping mask. There was no iron or ironing board in the room, other smaller places I have stayed in come with it as standard. I had to ring reception to order one but the iron itself wasn`t great.
Had a brilliant stay can`t wait to come back again, hopefully soon :)
I booked a disabled access room as my companion needs a walk in shower. On arrival we were informed the room was already occupied but they had another designanted disabled room but without a walk in shower. A disabled access room by definition requires a walk in shower so this was not acceptable. When I informed them the booking was made on 19 November they said the other booking had been made before then so why was my booking accepted? To their credit the staff arranged for us to be transferred to the Park Hotel as we needed to be near to the Ulster Hall.
i have stayed in many 5 star hotels and they regularly dont restock the buffet at breakfast time This was always stocked up and the service was excellent
very good value, room was clean but very hot we had to turn of rad we had room to the front so noise was a problem staff were really nice would stay again but will request a room to the back!!!
Reception staff very pleasant and helpful.
