IDEALLY SITUATED - CENTRAL TO FABULOUS RESTAURANTS, PUBS AND CAFES. VERY SPACIOUS ROOMS. COMFY BEDS WITH THE OPTION OF A `FLUFFY` PILLOW, INSTEAD OF THE EXISTING PILLOW. STAFF COULD NO`T HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL. NO COMPLAINTS WHATSOEVER.
Excellent value for money and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Central location. Good sized rooms. All very clean and good breakfast. Ideal for such centres as Waterfront conference centre and near lots of decent restaurants. Would definitely visit again
Staff excellent, room adequate, breakfast well below expectations...and no room service?!!
Nice location and staff but thought both room and food was very expensive.
Great price. Lovely room. Really helpful staff. Will stay again!
Staff very pleasent and helpful. Very comfortable rooms , lovely and warm and very spacious, they had everything you needed at hand. Excellent location very central near all the shops.
very frendly staff; room nice and comfortable, great choice for breakfast and hotel is nice and central. we will definitley go back when we next visit Belfast.
Room was clean and reasonable size. Smelt a little of smoking despite the fact that this is a no-smoking hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment ... on the face of it, a decent spread, but bacon was cold, one fried egg would have bounced off the the floor! ... just all a bit below par on that front.
Had a brilliant time here even though we only stayed 1 night. Room was very spacious and spotless and had everything you needed and more. Lounge bar was fantastic and reception staff were brilliant and so friendly. Wish I had booked this hotel over new year for the family but as I have brother who lives in Belfast will definitely come and stay more often. 15 minute walk to odyssey arena and 1 minute walk to city centre. Hard to beat location. Best thing of all was breakfast. Beautiful surroundings and breakfast was the best. Food was replenished every 5 minutes. It was so fresh and the presentation on the delivery units were spotless and plentiful. Such an enjoyable experience. Will definitely be back
you melt into the clean beds and with cheap parking behind hotel and central access to city perfect, get your parking ticket sogned and you pay £12 for overnight stay from evening before. Breakfast overlooking main street is lovely in morning and great spread . Room spacious and lovley view and so near to city it is great for sore feet out shopping or clubbing and not noisy so you can sleep
Average in everything. Staff in bar could have been nicer. Room service knocked 3 times from 8.30 to 11.30 despite being asked not to. Average room average cleanliness over all not impressed
We really enjoyed our stay at Jurys Hotel! Had every thing we needed!! Lovely confortable beds!! Staff very good!! Will use it again!!
Great experienced staff, she was great, I hope her name is right, auburn hair. She should be in charge as she really knows what service to clients is. I was made to feel vèry welcome. I was tired when I arrived, she suggested breakfast, which was a great start to a long day. On the basis of her cheerful caring, I would recommend Jury`s Hotel to anyone in Belfast.
This was my mum and dad who stayed here (and I booked it for them,) and they both had a great stay and they said that the breakfast was fantastic. They stayed in the room facing the clock at Spires. They would stay again as they were made to feel very welcome in a clean and relaxed environment.
check in very quick room fine just a little problem in bathroom as there was a terrible smell coming from toilet
Would recommend this hotel, close to the city centre shops, bars and also Great Victoria at train station, the hotel was clean, friendly staff, and had no problem checking in, I would have no hesitation of booking this hotel again!! 10/10 :-)
Bathroom not as clean as we would like some hairs in bath but other than that all good
Stayed here for 3 days as part of a Northern Ireland holiday. It is very central, close to all amenities easlily accessible by foot. We flew to Belfast City Airport, caught a bus to Belfast and the bus station is only around the corner, so very convenient when towing suitcases. Even though we caused riots while we were here!!!, which stopped when we left, it was in a very localised area, easily avoidable and we did not feel threatened in any way. I would recommend. Tricia, Bristol. Sept 2012
I just dont understand why when i eat in the north of ireland we seem to accept sub standard food and service. staff were extremly rude and unhelpful. The bar staff would rather look at the floor to avoid eye contact with their guests. The steak sandwich was terrible as my 3 other guests couldnt finish theirs. Just such a disappointment.
Great hotel, comfortable rooms, staff helpful, polite and friendly. can definately recommend this hotel and will stay there next time i am in Belfast. Am always disappointed if it is booked up at the times i am over.
Very comfortable and friendly. I`d better own up to have taken my room key away inadvertently. Do you want me to post it back?
Very pleased with my spacious and scrupulously clean room but found both bacon and sausages of decidedly poor quality at breakfast and could not believe when my bottle of Old Speckled Hen was served with ice in the bottom!! Congratulations to top quality staff who were polite, friendly and professional.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Restaurant very average.
Although my wife and I only stayed for one night the room was particularly spacious and very very clean.Only problem -water in washhand asin in bathroom very slow and a little bit noisy when emptying. Apart from that we had a lovely stay. Staff extremely pleasant and professional.
Comfortable, warm and pleasant room , friendly and helpful staff . A well situated hotel for the city . We had a good stay .
Lovely rooms ,very clean.we had dinner at the hotel but although it was served quick enough it was all tasteless, but they did have a lot of people there for Xmas parties so maybe that`s an excuse .Over all we enjoyed our stay and would go back .
I found this Hotel to be a great weekend choice, very central & easy to get to/from Belfast City Airport and around town. Our room was clean and spacious & we slept very well (and I`ve usually got my ear plugs in!) we were at the end of a corridor (room229) so no footfall which probably made the difference as if you were in the rooms at the lifts I would ask to be moved! The staff were helpful, did their job pleasantly & efficiently which is really all you need! Woud have no hesitation staying here again
