We enjoyed our stay. We came by bus so very handy for bus station. Busy area and at night but liked being so close to O`Connell Street. Room clean and comfy. Breakfast good. Staff pleasant. Would come again.

"Clean hotel, close to attractions, lovely staff"

Basic, but spotlessly clean and excellent breakfast. Staff are really friendly. Only downside is we were on the front of the hotel and even though we got into our room very late in the evenings we were still woken up by the party-goers still up in the early hours. Would recommend asking for a room on the back of the hotel if you want a good nights sleep !

"dirty and over priced"

I wouldn`t recomend this hotel. The room we were given was very small and dirty. The bed was really uncomfortable and the sheets were not clean. There was some sort of restaurant next door and the noise from this kept us awake. I was not impressed considering the cost of the room. I would however say that the location was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly, also the breakfast was worth every penny.

"Reat value for money."

Excellent location just off O`Connell Street, easy to find and handy for all the attractions Dublin has to offer and the bus stop for getting to/from the airport. Very friendly staff, rooms whilst small offer everything you need and the breakfast is excellent. Overall good value for money.

Very central which was great for exploring the centre of Dublin. Comfortable room. Excellent safe in the room with electronic pin code where we kept our valuables inc passports etc. Yes room was fairly small but at the end of the day not an issue for us as we were out exploring Dublin most of the time. Shower very good with shower gel/shampoo provided. Hairdryer in the room and hotel happy to provide anything you may have forgetten such as sewing kit, shaving kit, toothpaste etc. There was a little bit of noise from the street in the early hours but did not affect our stay at all. Our main priority was to have somewhere central to stay which was clean and comfortable and this ticked both those boxes. Breakfast was also good. Yes we would stay here again and would recommend to friends visiting Dublin. We were also able to leave our luggage in a locked room the day we checked out which was really helpful.

"comfortable,clean,convenient"

as a base for dublin sightseeing this hotel is ideally located.Temple Bar,Grafton St.etc.are all within easy walking distance.Rooms are small but comfortable and breakast is very good.Being so centrally placed,it can be rather noisy late at night, especially at weekends, but if a comfy, central budget priced option is what you are after, then this is just the ticket.

Arrived early and although rooms not ready were able to store cases. Returned later when rooms were ready, staff very helpful. Rooms very small, our window was broken and we were unable to open it. Reported to reception on our way out advised maintenance would repair. This didn`t happen so we were immediately offered another room. As compensation were offered taxi to airport on our return home. Very good service. The location of the hotel couldn`t be better and this is what is needed on a city break!

"good value for a city centre hotel"

Nice clean room although small, great refreshing breakfast and very friendly staff ,perfect location and just seconds away from nightlife. Be aware that it gets very noisy outside on a saturday night but your not in the countryside but in the center location and you can`t have everything. Would definitely consider returning.

"GOOD Breakfast, room very small, but adequate for 2 nights. Shower small, some areas badly planned "

Excellent position for site seeing, adequate room for a two night stay, room small, but generally clean. some areas badly planned e.g. bathroom, small shower cubicle, dirty edge to shower and ridge - cleaners would not easily reach to clean. Tap under shelf in bathroom too close, waste lever not in view because of this. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. would use Days Inn again for a short stay. Everything I needed from a short break hotel.

"Average Hotel"

Location is pretty central but we had a room at the front of the buidling facing Talbot street shops which meant it was quite noisey, also the twin room we stayed in was quite small and very warm. It was clean and the staff were very nice so hence the AVERAGE rating.

"Centrally situated. Very friendly, welcoming staff. Basic, but clean and inviting."

When we arrived outside and saw the AA rating as budget, we wondered what we were letting ourselves in for. But we needn`t have worried. The Manager and staff made us feel very much at home. They provided us with tourist information as well as the service and courtesy we would expect from a five star hotel. They made our stay fantastic and memorable for the right reasons. We would definitely go back again.

The only thing we would suggest that you change, would be to make the dining area larger. The amount of tables in the current room make it difficult to move around without having to squeeze between the tables. This could be made possible by making the adjoining lounge smaller. Overall it could not be faulted for its position in the city centre & the friendliness of the staff.

The Hotel is very conveniently situated close to O`Connell Street and within walking distance of many of the attractions. The room that I was allocated was on the small side for a double but was clean and adequate. The breakfast was sufficient and the staff friendly.

"OK for the price!"

The temperature inside the hotel was to warm for comfort. Rooms at the front were very noisy, day and night. But the hotel is central in Dublin district 1. and only 12 mins walk from Connolly Railway Station and only 5 mins walk to O`Connell Street.
