The room was nicely presented and clean. However the cooked breakfast was not great. The meat of the cooked breakfast was of poor quality, and breakfast was either over or under done.
I took advantage of a "pay for two nights get third night free" deal from Hotel Direct which made this stay quite affordable. The Hotel is well placed, a short walk from Kensington High Street, staff were pleasant. My room was small but quite enough for one person and very quiet, despite building work on the next street. Comfortable, clean, pleasant outlook.
Very welcoming - good continental breakfast - we would go back again for the RAH location
Fantastic location, right next to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Small rooms but what you expect from Victorian Townhouse. Rooms at a very high standard and staff friendly.
Choose hotel as we were attending a concert at the RAH. Rooms are very small, even by London standards. They are however clean and functional provided you plan to spend most of your time out and about. Bar lacks any atmosphere but also doubles up as the breakfast room, for which it is more suited. Be warned, there is a very large McAlpine building project opposite the front entrance. I imagine this would not mean considerable noise from 8.00am onwards(work stops on weekends). Price is about on par for the location and is easy to find from Kensington High Street tube station. Would I stay again ?, maybe, but would try for the Royal Garden or Copthorne Tara 1st.
This hotel is only 5 mins walk away from the tube station apart from being well served by buses. Hotel room was kept very clean and staff were very friendly and accomodating. Continental breakfast was good and access to wifi was free. Lift was quite tiny and definitely does not take more than one person with luggage. On the whole I definitely recommend this hotel. Great hotel, lovely room, staff friendly and helpful. Kept bags for us on day of departure for no additional cost. Good location and lovely area. Would stay again.
Ideal location for our needs.A nice quiet room with really comfy bed pillows.Staff very pleasant and efficient.
Everything was very nice and the staff very helpful. One personal comment - no tea bags on the tray in the bedroom.

A really good location, very friendly and helpful staff, with a lovely breakfast. Well enjoyed, great value. Would definately return.
Super location - walking distance from Kensington High Street. Rooms small but well presented. Clean modern style. Breakfast was an excellent buffet included in the room rate with fresh fruit and juice and good coffee and sensibly priced cooked options. Hotel bar lacks atmosphere but being so close to bars and restaurants it didn`t really matter.
Lovely place, great view out my window. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was always courteous. I`d stay here again.
Adequate accommodation, with very tentative and friendly staff.
Excellent location for Royal Albert Hall and museums. Also for Kensington High Street and Gardens, combining the pleasures of shopping and enjoying the park facilities. Hotel rooms rather small but clean and with all the necessary facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly,
The hotel is located just in the center of London. The staff was very attentive to all our needs. The room was a bit small and yet had everything the person would need. We would certainly recommend it to our friends.
We found the hotel very friendly and welcoming. All the staff were very helpful and the room clean and very warm!!! We will definately stay with you again. Best regards
General staff friendly and helpful although the receptionist initally was very hostile
Have recommended this Hotel to others
Pleasant and helpful staff. Room a little small, beds were a bit narrow but comfy enough. Breakfast was ample (continental) A nice hotel for a short stay, would stay again. Thankyou.
Facing Hype park if you like an early morning run or just up from High Street Ken if your into shopping. Close to central London. Add in good value, comfort and friendly staff what more do you want. Negetive is the noise the lift makes which depending on where your room is and if your a light sleeper can be a little annoying.
Nice room small but clean and comfortable, good food and very friendly staff.
We were so delighted to meet your receptionist whose is going out with Christine Ohurugu`s brother.
I stayed at the hotel with my family and mother. It was an ideal location for our visit to the museums which were in walking distance. Also quiet location very little traffic.. Rooms a nice size and very clean. Another bonus was being able to leave our luggage on day of departure and collect them later. Continental breakfast was more than adequate.
I would have rated the hotel as excellent but for some communication problems which were entirely due to lack of familiarity with the English language on the part of certain members of the staff.
We had breakfast each morning and enjoyed the food. With a nice clean bed and a hearty meal at a reasonable price, what more does a man want.
Room a little compact but had a nice feeling. Only there for 1 night otherwise would have requested a larger room. Overall, good value for money by London standards.
ALL STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL. ROOM WAS SMALL BUT VERY COMFORTABLE ,LIGHT AND MODERN.
Hotel was clean respectable and the staff were polite and friendly- Bar was not the greatest with no draft beers or Rose wine. Breakfast was good food but a little all over the place. The room we were in was quite nice yet small. No fridge available, overall a nice place but i`ll perhaps choose differently again.
I found the the bedroom exceptionally clean and tidy and compact. It had everything I needed for the stay. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London
Good location close to underground and Royal Albert Hall. Quiet at night. Friendly service, great breakfast. Overall rating would be very good.
The nicest hotel and location we have ever stayed at in London, I did wonder what the building site next door would have been like if we hadn`t been there at the weekend.
Hotel in great location for visiting London. Disappointed with size of room as it was very small but breakfast was good and staff helpful. Hotel was clean and tidy.
