Stayed 2 nights and no complaints, staff were friendly and very helpful, room comfortable, nice views and great location, however the breakfast was probably the most expensive I have ever come across.

although we booked standard room we were allocated a business class room. Cant recommend this hotel enough. Room was lovely, spacious and clean. Whole hotel is of excellent standard. Alot of extra little touches that really make it special. Nice modern bar and restaurant. Stayed b&b and breakfast was excellent. Will be back

Stayed one night and found this hotel to be a very high standard, the room was very spacious and comfortableand the hotel was in a good location for the city center. The girls on reception we found to be very friendly and helpful, we will definitely stay in this hotel again

Great hotel. Rooms are beautiful and equipped with everything you need. Beds and quilt are so cosy. The only thing is hotel little out of way from centre but 4 quid will get you to centre so no real problem or a nice walk about 20mins dander. Free carpark at weekend is a great bonus. Would I stay here again definitely as so quiet and you wouldn`t think you were in a major city. Well done raddison. Staff are also brilliant and really helpful without appearing false. Great job by all to make the hotel special.

Great location, friendly staff and excellent choice at breakfast.

Staff and service were flawless, staff went out of their way to help when we explained we had left our charger at home.The room and bathroom was spotless and bed was very comfortable (pillows were a little flat but I am sure if we had stayed more than one night and made the staff aware this would have been remedied immediately). My only complaint is that we were not informed in advance of a refundable 50 charge for any possible use of the bar or room services due to the fact that we did not own a credit card and had paid by Visa debit. The shower was a little awkward to get right temperature wise and out room overlooked the side lot which was quite unattractive ( this may be why we got such a good deal on the room cost though so cant complain). Overall the hotel was spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming and the staff and their service were fantastic, would definitely stay again.

I cannot fault the staff with their prompt and attentive actions, we had an issue with our key cards, they let us into the room and replaced the key cards within minutes. The only let down was the extremely uncomfortable bed, both my wife and I had back issues following our stay.

Problems started at reserving our room having accepted it we were told it was oveerbooked and would be moved to Park Inn..then room came free again. Small single duvet on pull down bed for 2 kids no towels then ended up having to move on Sat night due to v load party on ground floor right below our room. Offered another room but had to move our own luggage. Staff polite and offered a discount but one has to ask whether we were looked after as well as those partying?

We really enjoyed the whole experience, friendly staff who always make you welcome,comfortable rooms. We always enjoy are stay at the Radisson.

We flew in because of an emergeny and had to quickly find a place to stay. the staff were very helpful, especially Babs on reception. We were amazed we did not get breakfast for the price of the room, The quilts were too small for the beds, the bed was too small in comparission with other hotels we have stayed at, my husband is 6ft 2inches and his feet dangled over the edge! We booked the rest of our stay in Belfst at the Stormont Hotel which was nearer the hospital for visiting....very plush. very good value for money I would advise anyone to stay there.

For a 4* poor level of cleanliness in the room.

Accomodation was expensive once one realised that breakfast was not included inthe billing. Also little to no road transport links to/from airport

Very friendly and efficient service, lovely rooms.

Hotel in good location, reception pleasant, we arrived before the 3pm check in time and luckily they had a room free and we vwere allowed to book in early at no extra cost. Found all hotel personel very helpful. Nice tv , room comfortable.

I would definitly recommend staying at the Raddisson Belfast. It is set in a peaceful loaction, within easy walking distance to the city centre. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Ididn`t use that bar or resturant facilities, but they were busy and looked excellent, the customers certainly semed to be relaxing and enjoying themselves
