All in good order with very helpful, friendly staff.

Basic but clean and staff were friendly. Nice location near the river and only 5 minutes walk to town. Parked on the council car park near the brewery and was only £4.00 overnight. Breakfast at Yum Yums (next to hotel) was good value.

Room very clean and comfortable. Hotel needs a litter patrol outside as on Saturday we had to step over half empty cups of coffee filled with cigarette ends on hotel steps. These were there for a long time.Breakfast supplies need better maintenance and monitoring. Fried eggs were down to two very hard ones on Saturday morning when we went in to the restaurant. They weren`t replenished. None on Sunday morning when we arrived to eat, and they weren`t replenished until we had finished our breakfast..

overall very nice hotel, staff helpful and friendly great location for nightlife would recommend !

As a hotel goes this place is excellent. Its close to all the bars and restaurants and provides good food and drink at the actual venue. The rooms are small but adequate for a couple who are having a short break and its very clean. The check out is at 12pm, which is excellent as you get more time to relax rather than having to be out very early. The only problem is the parking. You have to get a discount ticket and then drive to a car park which isnt particularly easy to find especially if you`re not local and then of course you have to walk back. I feel free parking should be thrown in as its not the most convenient situation, where other hotels have on site parking for free. The staff are freindly and very helpful.

Breakfast excellent but dinner menu limited, not a great lover of fusion food.No free wifi for guests you do get an hour if you purchase something from the bar or resturant. Wired internet available in rooms but expensive £5 per hour or you can have 24hrs for £10 but in room only.Very clean and staff very helpful and accmmodating.

First time my wife and I stayed at the Jurys Inn. Excellent and friendly service from all of the staff. The room was large and very comfortable with the benefit of air-conditioning and tea/coffee facilities. Very large bathroom which was great. The hotel has an excellent situation and there are loads of good restaurants/bars in the locality. Even better, is the location of the hotel in a really chique and tranquil area. We will visit again soon.

Stayed for one night and found the room service very good very close to shops extra will stay there again Would recommend this hotel definately it has everything you need.

We enjoyed our stay the hotel being in easy access to the centre and the west yorkshire Play house. The down side was the room size- small and having to Park our car a good 5 min walk away. The Parking was quite expensive. The area of the hotel was interesting.

Only problem I`d like to mention is that the soap dispenser for when you are in the bath is in the wrong place. They are fixed in position for when in use by the hand basin, or in the shower. Apart from that I found everything else OK.

Highly recommended, good value for the weekend, suited our purposes. Would book again.

It`s absolutely ridiculous that there are no parking facilities!!! Its alright saying the car park is 10 minutes away, 10 minutes if you know your way around Leeds awful one way system. For this reason I would never stay there again.

A good hotel in a good location for the city centre shops, bars & restaurants. The only thing that lets it down are the lack of car parking facilities. Jury`s have set up subsidised parking at the "Q Park" multistorey which is a 5 minute walk away.

Check in took an hour and a half as we were told that rooms weren`t ready. I had to keep popping back to the desk to check even though I was told I`d be kept informed and that the delay would be 10 minutes.

I booked three rooms for my staff on 26th all three rooms were cold but one room had no heat at all and was impossible to sleep in, they arrived at my apartment in the early hours freezing. This is not what I expect from your hotel group.

The water in the bathroom was very low pressure, it took ages to fill the sink. The TV had all the freeview channels but most of them froze and stuttered. There was music thumping away till 4 in the morning from outside, and large groups of loud girls wandering the corridors between 2-30 and 4 in the morning. Apart from that the hotel itself was superb and the rooms were of a very good standard.
