On arrival at t hotel on Thursday 23rd we were greeted by a very helpful and pleasant female receptionist who allowed us to access our room early which we very much appreciated. The room was clean bright and met all our requirements. The only complaint was the next morning there was no hot water in the bathroom either at he hand basin or the shower. This was very disappointing as we were on a time schedule. On checking out we said to the male receptionist about t problem and our disappointment as everything else was great. We were treated in a dismissive manner and told we should have informed him at the time and an engineer could have looked at it !!! We did not have time as we had an appointment to go to We stayed in room 422 and the guests in room 420 also had the same problem. I found his attitude unacceptable as hot water is one of the basic requirements. An apology would have been a good start and may have prevented me from making this complaint

loved the room colour choices.Very friendly reception staff.Bar/food staff maybe more offhand.Food very good.Good that there are different seating options for breakfast,though I might have benefitted from a quick intro to the system.

Reception staff friendly and polite and very quick at checking in , the room was a bit small for three adults and was suprised to find the third bed was a z bed, good shower and bathroom , could do with ironing equipment in room , rooms were clean and tidy with a fresh feel to it, good central location , overall happy with my stay

Excellent location, wonderful service, although bar a little pricey £11 for 2 glasses of house white, or am I getting old! The shampoo dispenser needed a fit shot putter to use it! Other than that fab, would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, the room was perfect - great size and comfortable bed. The location was perfect - so handy to the city centre and a beautiful wine bar/restaurant situated right across the street. The staff though, were what made this hotel so good - friendly and helpful, they made the stay comfortable and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again

Hotel was clean,modern,the staff were very helpful at the desk and in the bar restaurant.hotel is very convenient to all entertainment venues and to both buses and trains.Definately will stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay in the Park Inn Hotel - it`s a beautiful hotel with an excellent breakfast! Would recommend this hotel for an overnight stay or more!!

Room clean and spacious

Only one thing that needs looking at is we had a triple room and felt that the standard room was to small for a further bed in it. We had excepted a larger room.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms and food were excellent. One of the best hotels we have stayed in.

Efficient & friendly staff. Rooms tidy and clean. Request for extra pillows was handled quickly. Location in city centre was excellent - plenty of restaurants & bars within an easy 5/10 min stroll. Although the hotel doen`t have a car park, a nearby NCP carpark has a concession rate of £8 for 24 hrs for hotel guests which is reasonable for Belfast. Good value for money this 3 star. Would stay there again.

We`ve stayed in quite a few hotels in Belfast and this is one of the very best. The hotel itself is so central to shopping, restaurants and nightlife, it`s really close to everything! The staff are all very helpful, especially Danielle who is a real star who goes out of her way to help. Our room was really nice, the bathroom was beautiful with a lovely roomy, powerful shower. The car park is great and the weekend entertainment was very good too, I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone and will have no hesitation in going back again and again

Stayed in Park Inn Fri 2nd December on a special offer price of £104 for triple room which was really a double room with an extra bed put in.. Excellent location just 5 mins from Victoria Station and 2 mins from Christmas Continental Market. Staff on reception were pleasant and rooms very clean and comfortable. We spent a few hours in the bar in the evening which had a mix of different ages, so although I was there with my daughter and best friend, both in their 20s, I didn`t feel out of place. We had a very comfortable night with no loud noises or disturbances of any kind. We were disappointed to discover that the hotel didn`t have anywhere for us to store our bags til we were leaving the city later that afternoon. The young man on reception kindly let us leave them beside the reception desk but said that the hotel couldn`t take any responsibility for them.Would definately use the hotel again.

First impressions of the Park Inn were based on the reception staff and you could not ask for better .. friendly, helpful and some humerous banter :) The rooms are basic but clean, bright and cheery. The one thing I would like to have seen was internet access - the hotel does have wifi but you need to bring your laptop along. The bar staff are also a friendly bunch and went out of their way to provide seating on a busy Saturday evening when the bar was buzzing with people. The bar is in a very central location to the main shopping areas and nightlife, the only downside is that the parking is a short walk from the hotel (500 yards) when you have your luggage and lots of shopping to carry. Overall I would recommend The Park Inn but the main reason I would return is for the friendly staff .. that means so much and it would be great if other hotels had the same standard. Thanks guys for a really enjoyable stay!

Stayed here for one night while at a gig in town- the staff were lovely and very accommodating and the room was lovely :) will definitely stay again.

Great location, service great booking trips, checking us in airport nothing too much trouble.

The hotel was clean and tidy the bathroom was very respectable and clean, but no bath. Regarding the storage the desk could have built in draws.

Loud music until fairly late on a Saturday night-loud even on 6th floor!

i found this hotel very pleasent and clean/comfortable rooms. very easy to find - i was walking from victoria train station and found the directions given on web site very easy to follow. only a 5-10min walk. close to all shops

stayed for 1 night with my husband , Hotel easy to find and staff very friendly. Room was very good standard and was not small. Hotel is in a great location with plenty of shops, bars etc near-by. Enjoyed the grill/bar next door which belonged to the Hotel. Would definately recommend it to others
