Having stayed at Jurys Inns elsewhere a few years ago we tended to think from our experience on this occasion that the group has gone downmarket a little in terms of the absence of refinements of facilities in the hotel (eg room service), rooms (eg satellite tv) and bathrooms (toiletries), etc. The staff, however, were really good.
A clean and friendly hotel in the centre of Dublin Good place to base yourself for exploring the city
Bedroom lovely plus breakfast superb and staff really nice and helpfull
I been this hotel few time this year but this week there put me in second flood which there had renovation on second .
I stay in Jurys Inn Parnell Street any time I visit Dublin, if the price is good enough. I get bargains for 2 nights or more, so the price isn`t too much.Checked in fine. Staff are lovely and friendly. My only issue was with the t.v. It seemed about 5 channels had no sound but all the rest were fine. So our viewing for our night was limited.
Will be back before you know it !
The room was lovely, as it had just been refurbished, However it was the worst bed i have ever slept in, i think i would have been more comfortable on the floor, the bed was rock hard. got up in pain, and shattered as had very little sleep.
prime location, good restaurant, main shopping just around the corner and temple bar within 5 minsnice fish and chip restaurant directly opposite and lovely bar as you come out hotel turn right parnell bar
Though there could be nicer receptionist, but really great hotel really great for visitors
Basic hotel clean tidy hotel , no frills , food very good, good value for money.
Hotel was quiet and comfortable. Room was big enough for family with two growing boys although the sofa bed could have been bigger. Breakfast was great and hotel in great position for everything to be within walking distance.
There were problems over the cost of parking at QPark overnight - we were given 3 different pieces of information - however the hotel did sort it out.No hot shower on final morning. Offered a free breakfast but couldn`t accept as we had to be somewhere else.
Enjoyed our stay, the only let down was the breakfast, not warm and not great to eat either........
Comfortable, pretty quiet, reasonable breakfast.....Luas about a 10 minute walk away and a super bookshop just across the road!
Lovely warm friendly hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable and a decent breakfast. Will stay again
Would definitely stay here again the reception staff were very helpful and the room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was very good G.Robbie
Really enjoyed our family stay at jurys, staff were more than helpful & made our stay there a pleasure, would,nt hesitate staying there the next time we go to Dublin, the hotels location made it especialy easy to get to the Dublin open top bus tour which is just around the corner, which also would recommend for anybody who needs a good laugh
WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL . IT WAS IN A GREAT LOCATION WITH LOVELY FOOD , COMFY BEDS AND IT WAS NICE AND CLEAN .
Breakfast a bit disappointing
Very good for 3star hotel. Clean and comfortable with a good sized room. Breakfast also very good. Location also good. Just remember bring own facecloth as not provided.
Reception staff could not do enough for us
Clean, well positioned hotel. Friendly staff and excellent choice for breakfast. Would stay here again.
nice area, close to all sights. walking distance to temple bar 15 minutes, shopping district in the neighbourhood, airport just 20 minutes away. rooms are nice. the hotel itself is a bit noisy, but all in all it is a good place to stay
Lovely hotel and great room too. Breakfast is to die for. Tops marks and will use again.
Found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful throughout our stay in the hotel. Rooms spacious and clean throughout! Didnt have the food but my friends who did were very impressed with the hotel food and breakfast that was available in the morning.. will definately be booking to stay in this hotel again!
This is a comfortable standard hotel but we received mis-information about how long our journey would be to the train station which resulted in us getting up earlier than we needed to. Also I couldn`t get much hot water when I showered in the evening.
lthe staff were extremely friendly with the barman going out of his way to please. had dinner on Friday night which was absolutely lovely. Again the barman turned waiter to serve the food and even had time to come around and see that everything was ok.breakfast was perfect and the girl greeting diners was very cheerful and welcoming. The hotel location is superb. Well done with the staff, first class. Could do with a lick of paint here and there but would definitely use hotel again. Have been to Maldron and Clarion IFSC and Jurys compares favourably
Excellent value for money. All staff were fantastic especially Louise who was lovely. Only negative restaurant was dusty between tables and on the lamps.
I had booked a twin as staying with my son- we were given a double - was too tired to argue !
A friendly hotel in an excellent location. The hotel does not pretend to be anything it isn`t, allowing the guest to relax in comfort. The Full Irish Breakfast is to die for! Had to stop myself from having too many helpings.
