The staff at the hotel were all friendly and efficient, which was particularly good as the hotel was fully booked. The double rooms we booked were quite compact and o.k. for a single night stay. For longer stays you would probably prefer a larger room.
Firstly this is a very tired Hotel for a 4 star ,the staff at the Hotel reception are lacking any personal touch to their service,everything seemed a lot of trouble,they were busy but this is to be expected at this time of yearOn leaving the Manager could not even lift his head from His computer to ask if we had enjoyed our stay and would look forward to maybe seeing us again.He just mumbled thank you and goodbye.Yours D Anthony and Family
The rooms felt somewhat cramped but, was acceptable for our one night stay.
Mislaid my purse at the bar and they kept it safe for me.
First impressions are deceiving good value excellent breakfast pleasant staff
Brilliant hotel good rates for weekend,clean and modern rooms very warm n cosy beds...reccommend to anyone:-)10/10
