The Kingsway Hall Hotel is a very special place, beautiful hotel and the staff there are most obliging and very knowledgable about the Covent Garden area,It Is`nt the first time I have stayed there and it certainly won`t be the last.
The hotel was very good on first impression, however the beds were very uncomfortable. The staff were excellent.
Overall the Hotel was clean and staff very Curtius but our room was cold and very noisy from the night club that is next door.
My friend and I stayed here for one night and cannot fault it. The staff were polite, professional and nothing was too much trouble. We asked on arrival that our designated room be changed as we do not use the lift and my friend has a lung condition which makes it impossible for her to climb too many flights of stairs. This was done swiftly and we were given a room on the first floor. Our room was clean and perfectly suited our needs. I asked if we could have a hand held hairdryer as the one in the bathroom was not overly powerful. This was brought up to the room swiftly. The breakfast choice was good and we both enjoyed it. I am probably one of the fussiest people you will ever meet ! But, I was very impressed and will definitely stay here again. In fact it will be my first choice as the location is great. Well done to the great team at Kingsway Hall Hotel and Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
Excellent location for both the theatre and Covent Garden.
The staff at the hotel could not do enough to make our weekend stay more enjoyable. They were all very friendly and always smiling and willing to help. The breakfast had a great choice and was well cooked. We would definitely recommend this hotel for the staff and good location and would stay here again if we came to London again.
It would have been nice to have breakfast included in the price as the theatre tickets were a lot cheaper if we had bought them from the box office so the hotel worked out exspensive.
Hotel lovely staff very attentive Only issue shower curtain over bath. Should be screen. Bottom of bath badly marked. Looked dirty.
The hotel is in a great location minutes walk from Covent Garden and theatre land. The rooms are a mix of traditional and modern which are a good size, clean and very comfortable beds. Would recommend.
Could not fault a thing...amazing....comfi beds...great service
Well done Hotel Direct, a pleasure to do business with you,
What a find! This was a great location, cannot fault them. Staff could not do enough for us. Highly recommended.
Really happy with everything. the location was brilliant, the room and breakfast all correct. We had a personal medical issue during our stay and the staff were very attentive and helpful both at the time and afterwards. Would absolutely recommend.
Top staff. Great locality. Superb.would most dddgmatdjw recommend.
Lovely hotel very comfortable will return
Firstly the room was cold, it was a November night. Second there was a constant creaking noise from the corner of the room towards the ceiling. Thirdly we ate in restaurant and they expected a 15% service charge on our food and drink. Although we always leave a tip at OUR discretion not what the hotel expect, had we not checked we would have left a tip on top of the 15% charge `cheeky `. If it`s good service they deserve more! As for paying to order the drinks carry it to your table yourself and be charged 15% for doing so is absolutely ludicrous. To top all this was the bottle collection during the hours if 6 and 7 not having slept because of creaking was not acceptable. Needless to say it`s possibly our last stay at this Holel.
Very good accommodation. Excellent location for the theatres. Very comfortable and clean
Really enjoyed our stay, and the show Dreamgirls was fantastic.
Lots of late night noise, beds too short, make sure breakfast is included else it`s expensive
Lovely comfortable room and a lovely breakfast
Lovely hotel in a great location. Room very comfortable.
Staff excellent, hotel clean, would definitely stay here again.
Really comfortable with most helpful staff
Couldn`t fault anything
Perfect, highly recommend 128077;
This hotel was just perfect in every way. Where it was for the theatre and Covent Garden and the breakfast superb! Will certainly being staying again for our next London Weekend Show break.
Double bed was two singles pushed together with very hard single matresses and hard pillows.
The hotel was fine - room comfortable and well eqipped (a few more teabags would have been nice though!) The only downside was probably the rather impersonal service at check in and check out - not even a smile!
Well situated for theatres and West End.Good service and food.Would stay again
Doors very heavy and hence slammed when people came in at night waking me up. Very loud conversations in the corridors. However breakfast good and staff very helpful. Overall very good stay and would stay again due to excellent location for me.
Hotel was good but restaurant service was very slow and they seemed disinterested in diners
Comfortable hotel. The staff were excellent and the food was good. Only downside was that although there was air conditioning in the room I do prefer to be able to open a window for fresh air. Very well situated for the theatres.
Good location for Covent Garden and Theatres. Hotel comfortable but soft furnishings in room rather tired. However we did enjoy our stay. Staff efficient and friendly.
Excellent staff service
Fantastic hotel. Super bedroom. Very clean. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. Great breakfast.
