Our stay was for my wife`s birthday, and I let them know. They welcomed us on arrival especially Andy who was very polite and complimentary with a drink at the bar whilst we waited for the room. The afternoon tea was amazing followed by a spa with Chinese tea, all wishing my wife a happy birthday. The room was clean and pleasant and every bit how I wished it. You pay a lot for the 5* hotels but they are worth it as my wife confirmed this was her best ever birthday. Thank you.

Hotel staff lovely and will offer you anything you need before you even ask for it, room was very nice, didn`t need to ask for anything it was all there. Drinks in the bar at night very good, food was amazing.

From the moment of arrival we were made to feel like friends, nothing was too much trouble and queries were answered immediately. Breakfast at Roux at the Landau was beautifully presented and all staff were attentative but discrete. We will defiantly return.

We stayed to celebrate our daughters` 18th and 21st birthdays. Had a perfect time, comfortable beds, quiet rooms, great breakfast. A real gem of a hotel.

Hotel in a great central location. A beautiful building very well kept. Staff extremely professional. Bedrooms dated, need some life injected into them, but everything you need. Beds amazing...so comfy. Artesian cocktail bar is just superb and a must even if just visiting London. At in all restaurants and all really good. Wouldn`t hesitate a return visit, highly recommended. The xxxxx was a delight to stay in, lovely staff and great breakfast.

The bath screen was not moveable, meaning I had to get in the bath to turn on the tap, then get out to wait for the bath to fill. Not what I expect for a 5 star hotel

The staff were just excellent throughout all areas.very friendly and helpful.Roux at Landau is also excellent again with outstanding staff.breakfast was best ever in my experience.

Our room had no heating for the first night and we were even cold in bed which was difficult as my wife is seriously ill and we were staying to have treatment at nearby Harley StreetThis was rectified by the duty manager when we reported it the next morning however we would have expected better from a five star establishment.It should have been checked before we arrived.

We have had several wonderful stays here. Not sure if we`re allowed to say what it is but do choose it. We are always incredibly warmly welcomed. Service and facilities are exceptional. Completely brill.

Hotel facilities and service were very good. We were, however, disappointed that we were not offered any compensation or apology for the lack of water and electricity form approximately 12 daytime hours after a fire alarm.

The xxxxx hotel was everything we expected & in such a central position. A Beautiful classic interior with an equally lovely bedroom. Breakfast was a buffet in a tranquil setting, very relaxing . All of the staff were warm & extremely friendly. Can`t wait to go back!

Hotel was just about 5 star. Room acceptable and carpets had stains on. could have done with being decorated and fridge was very noisy and could not be turned off. Could not access so called best cocktail bar in the world as full of non residents so did not even get in. Breakfast good although have had better in other 5 star venues in London

What a lovely hotel, we met up with friends for an evening everything was perfect. We both got upgraded which was a bonus, the bar erea was buzzing great cocktails service was impeccable. Breakfast was in the al a carte at the Roux beautifully cooked. Fab night away.

Staff courtesy friendliness and efficiency beyond compare.Some rooms (not yet refurbished) do look slightly tired.

Staff were amazing, room lovely, clean and exceptionally comfortable.Two very minor comments. We had no drinking water in our rooms (until much later in the evening) and surprised no biscuits with the tea or coffee making facilities. Also both my friend and I felt that the music in the Artesian Bar was not appropriate for the majority `older` clientele present, however the cocktails were tremendous. Would I stay in the xxxxx again and recommend them then most definately YES!!!!

We absolutely loved this hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel spotless, the food was lovely, especially the breakfasts amazing, we used the pool and jacuzzi and our two teenage kids loved it, they were very impressed as were we with the hotel, the location was very central, would definately stay again.

I treated my boyfriend as a surprise for his 40th Birthday. The hotel, staff and restaurant were 1st class. Would definatley stay here again.

We will definitely go back and stay at the xxxxx, the staff were wonderful, very helpful. Good location away from hussle and bustle but only 10 mins away from shops and restaurants. Would recommend to friends and family
