Fantastic night spent with very helpfull staff . Made to feel very welcome. Certainly will return.

A fantastic hotel, in a fantastic location. Friendly and helpful staff from checking in and throughout stay. Rooms very clean and modern, perfect for relaxing after a very busy day sight seeing! Breakfast perfect with a variety of choices both hot and cold, bar staff friendly and resonable prices. All in all a wonderful hotel that has made our family trip to London most enjoyable, thankyou x

just had a great stay at the london bridge hotel ,all the staff were very helpful and friendly,the rooms are smart and very clean and the breakfast`s are all you could want, .fantastic rail links and just a short walk away are good markets and places to eat

Excellent hotel. Felt like royality. Great value for money which included a buffet style breakfast. Staff went out of there way to help you out with any requests. Loved the idea that we could check in our luggage prior to check in and after we checked out. This gave us freedom to go all around London without the baggage. We couldn`t find any fault. On arriving at the hotel at 10.30am to check in our luggage the reception staff said we could have our room seeing as though it was available. Brilliant weekend.

Excellent hotel. I would definatley recommend for business or pleasure and will be staying here again. Very clean, rooms are big and staff are very polite, friendly and helpful.

Hotel a bit hard to find due to construction work currently taking place in area around London Bridge.

The London Bridge is well situated for sight seeing that side of London. The hotel itself is very clean, and the staff welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean room. Great breakfast. Room was a little small but I had a good night`s sleep - so good value overall.

The Hotel and breakfast was very good but it was very disappointing having a building site next to our window where work stated at 6 o`clock on the Saturday morning. Ruined the stay!

Stayed at the london bridge for one night. The hotel is of a high standard. The staff were all very friendly & courteous. Excellent breakfast. would definitely stay at the hotel again

We stayed in the hotel for 1 night, such a lovely hotel, staff were great and the room was fantastic, in a great location and easy to get to all attractions, will be returning at some point this year!

WE FOUND OUR VISIT WONDERFUL. ALL THE STAFF WERE VERY POLITE AND COULDN`T DO ENOUGH FOR US. ROOM WAS READY EARLY.EXCELLENT BREAKFAST BUFFET.ROOMS VERY CONFORTABLE AND CLEAN. NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL. WE WILL BE USING THIS HOTEL AGAIN NEXT YEAR.

Generally a pleasant hotel in a good location. Staff very helpful.Visit was spoilt by a 6am unwanted alarm call and a large fan making alot of noise from 5am onwards outside of the room.

Excellent hotel and location, breakfast could have been better though, (no Crunchy Nut Cornflakes) Came down about 9 the first day and everything was cold, better the second day.

We stayed one friday night and weren`t bothered by any noise, we slept well on a very comfy and wide bed. The bathroom was well fitted and supplied. Breakfast was well cooked and enjoyable. Our only criticism would be the size of the room was smaller than we would normally get for the price, but we were staying during half term so prices everywhere had gone up. Borough Market is just opposite so you can get any breakfast you like if you`re not booked in for that.

Following a hot drive into busy London it wa nice to know that the staff at this hotel were freindly polite and even though were were not supposeed to check in till to the room was ready at 1 oclock and what a wonderful room as were very hot it was nice to know that ther was air conditio which revived us imediatley. The location is central and may sight as london tower London Bridge, andgolden hind amongst many were in a short walking distance so were places to eat on the evening. Please dont be put off by the building work as we never heard them in our room. The room has really comftable beds and pillows and a large bed.Breaksfast was such a feast that we never ate agin till we got home on the tea time.We will be booking agin within the next two months and have put this hotel as were to stay cannot wait to retern.

very clean, attractive hotel with very polite and attentive staff. Food and bar service also extremely good - would definately recommend and would stay again.

Only issue we had is TV not working in both rooms we booked, the cable had been unplugged in both rooms, no idea why

The staff were charming. We were delighted to find we had been upgraded to a superior room. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was enormous and incredibly comfortable. Yes there was building work going on outside but that wasn`t the hotel`s fault and we weren`t aware of any noise.

Service was excellent, staff very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was lovely (even better as its served till 11am). The lounge bar is open till 1am. The location of the hotel is great with public transport right on the door step. But the best bit was the bed, as i have never slept on one so comfortable. Big thumbs up and will definately be booking London Bridge Hotel again.

The hotel has good reception staff and the room was fine.I cannot complain about the buliding site outside as we were not troubled by noise.The big disappointment was the restaurant which was running a 2-4-1 offer but serving tepid food that was not even up to Chef & Brewer standards let alone a quality hotel.Strangly enough the breakfast was excellent so my advice is to eat out in the evening.

Very good breakfast, convenient location to underground, staff are friendly and efficient. Wi-fi is included but wish could have more than one device connected at the same time.

Stayed for 1 night in May 2011 - booked over the internet but hotel did not disappoint. Room was very nice with huge comfy bed. Really clean and good en suite facilities. Excellent breakfast choices of cereal, fruit and hot buffet. Hotel decor is very tasteful. Good location near London Bridge underground station. No noise disturbance from building work nearby. 15 mins by cab to west end theatres, around 25 mins on the underground. Would recommend it and will definitely stay there again.

We thought the building work across the road would finish on Friday & we would have a great weekend. OH NO Saturday & Sunday 07:00 they started, very noisy. woke us up after a late night out. If I stayed again would definatly ask for a room at the back of the hotel.

Very comfortable stay, great night`s sleep, friendly staff and a very good breakfast.

Nice hotel. Very close to tube. Friendly reception staff. Only downside there was a lot of construction work at front of hotel due to new skyscraper building. Slightly expensive for what you get
