The rooms were shabby and not very clean. We had a blocked sink on arrival which should have been reported by the cleaners air conditioning wasn`t working either. Room wasn`t ready at 3pm clock in was 2pm. On reporting the problem the hotel arranged for our departure taxi to be free as compensation. The foyer and restaurant were immaculate and the staff were brilliant, friendly and professional. Would stay again.

clean functional room, good breakfast, good location for where we wanted to go and reasonable price.Parking cost is extortionate... 18 hour rate or reduced for hotel guests would be a nice touch

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great location with easy access to tube. Breakfast was superb. All in all I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others. Very enjoyable stay.

"Good location, near tube station"
Hotel was acceptable. The room was a little smaller than expected, so if i stayed again i would upgrade. Friendly staff.Only downside was the fire alarm going off at 6.30am, stopping, then going again, then stopping! Was looking forward to a child free lie in but this didn`t happen.

Friendly and helpful staff Clean roomUnfortunately breakfast was a let down, sloppy scrambled egg, empty sauce dishes and marmalade dispenser baked beans dish was empty and took ages to get refilled Overall happy with our stay and would stay here again just please sort out the breakfast

"Overall it was a pleasure to stay there, just a couple of little niggles that we encountered. "
Staff on reception were efficient, polite and helpful, offering help and tips to maximise our stay without being asked. Our room was lovely but we found we had no power to any of the wall sockets. It was only when on hands and knees and poking behind furniture trying to fix the problem did we notice that the carpets could have been cleaner but you really wouldn`t have noticed otherwise. Once reported the faulty sockets to reception (did have to alert them twice) the maintenance man fixed the problem in a couple of minutes. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was the best that I have experienced in any hotel. Overall very happy, would definitely revisit.

Hotel fantastic- staff were very friendly and helpful. Very welcoming on arrival. Rooms were decent size and breakfast was more than adequate for all the family.
