Wow - what a find! My husband and I stayed at the Marylebone last night as part of a birthday present, and found it absolutely faultless. Very friendly, efficient staff, great attention to detail (we even had a bottle of prosecco and chocolates in our room for my husband`s birthday), extremely comfortable bed and the quietest room I have ever stayed in. You would never think you were in Central London just 10 mins from the bustle of Oxford St! Breakfast was exceptionally good - huge choice of items, great service and my husband`s cooked English breakfast was one of the best he`d ever had. We will be finding an excuse to return!
very nice hotel , friendly and helpful staff , food spot on , Would definitely go again .
Our room was clean tidy and the bed was so comfy !! Very happy with our stay and would come back to stay again - nothing was too much for the staff - a pleasant stay - thank you
Enjoyed our stay very much, will return next year. Thanks.
After a mix up with our room (we were put in a very small double) we were swiftly moved to thecorrect room `superiorQueen` but still on the small side, staff were very helpful and apologetic, rooms were clean and comfy facilities excellent but there was a rattle in our room when a door was slammed in the coridor which was annoying! Breakfast was lovely and the waiter who served is went out of his way to make us feel welcome, i would stay there again if the hotel was on offer with a larger room
The hotel was exceptionally in every aspect. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, they made you feel welcome. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. I would certainly recommend to family and friends, and would happily make future bookings.
Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Very slight issue with the room that was dealt with by the staff with great professionalism.
Super hotel. Fantastic accommodation, comfortable beds (best sleep for ages), bear in my sons bed a lovely touch. He was really pleased. Helpful, polite staff
This hotel had the politest most helpful staff I have ever dealt with. It is in the perfect location to enjoy the whole of London.
Excellent stay, extremely quiet for central London, but also quiet within the hotel.
Has everything you could want in a 5 star hotel and its in such a great location. Rooms were very clean, the staff extremely helpful and the restaurant was fabulous. The only minor negative was; the spa was under refurbishment the night that we went but there was no mention of this when we booked and this was one of the main reasons for our visit
You need to try this hotel couldn`t find one fault the hotel was spotlessly clean the staff were very helpful land the food was outstanding very clean spacious rooms where everything has been thought of to make sure your stay is a memorable one !!!
Nicely situated, quiet, enjoyable, beautiful, very kind and helpful staff.
The hotel was in a perfect location, free on road parking outside, fantastic service, food and accommodation.
Ordered breakfast that came later and wasn`t that we ordered exactly, oldish interior, slow lift.think need refurbish..old Ac system in room that wasn`t functional properly, plus many small litlle details that managment could prove. I`m not a picky person but I would expect much much more from a 5* hotel.Regards
The ONLY criticism I have is that the pool is slightly cold!
Arrived at the Marylebone Hotel and stayed 1 night, me and my partner did not want to leave, and extra mention to Rahim Ismail the head of concierge an amazing kind and friendly guy will deffo be back
Many thanks - great hotel good deal on hotel direct but the best was the staff. artin on reception was great and the others follwed suit.My thanksgill Varle
Room excellent, breakfast fantastic variety.
Great location, accessible to main areas but far enough for peace and quiet. Comfortable rooms and pleasant helpful staff
I loved it, clean, friendly, professional. I wouldn`t have minded a bathroom scale though in my room. For family rooms I think cartoon network is a must TV Channel since it remains child appropriate whatever time of day.
Generally on of the better places to stay in London. Thinks to watch out for:- rooms are a little on the small side for two people- breakfast is expensive
We had a lovely stay at the Marylebone Hotel. We have stayed there several times before (when it was the Jury Clifton Ford Hotel) and have always enjoyed it because of its closeness to the city centre and yet it is situated in a side street where it is away from the noise of passing people and traffic. We did find it somewhat more expensive than previous visits but the food and service was excellent . We will definitely go there again.
Excellent value for money, High standards all round, hope they don`t put up there prices as it is really good to find a hotel of this quality at an afordable price
enjoyed stay, but bar at bar 108 very slow, also no staff at lobby lounge.
Only let down slightly by poor performing air conditioning
Staff very helpful. On arrival it turned out that the hotel had my checkin date as the day i was expecting to leave. This error (the hotels not mine) was efficiently rectified. The hotel location was good and the room was clean and certainly large enough. I booked this hotel rather than one of my regular london haunts as the other hotels had increased their prices quite significantly over the royal wedding period. I was very pleasantly surprised and will definitely stay here again.
Good hotel very friendly helpful staff. A few small problems however sorted straight away once reported. Upon checking mini bar there was a rotten 7 day old salmon sandwich that had been left obviously by a previous guest but this had not been removed and was foul smelling. When in the bar staff were friendly but watch out for service charge they automatically add to your bill without informing you. Just for carrying your drinks to yr table. On the whole a nice hotel.. Would use again.. Pool still not open we were led to believe it would be open during our stay
Not happy with the fact that my child had to sleep in a camp bed. For seven hundred euro in Ireland I would have got a much better room with a proper bed for the child.
Loved everything about this hotel!!!the bar is fantastic!!!cant wait to come back
The noise of the air conditioning was unbearableThe difficulty in settling the right temperature caused our stay in a cold roomThe impossibility of enjoying a well-decorated living-room downstairs at 5 am
