Conveniently and very centrally located hotel, nice and cosy lobby, super fast check in, comfy rooms, strong WiFi signal. Area for improvement: bar menu vividly displayed around the hotel doesn`t reflect what`s available. The bartender didn`t bother to offer an alternative, so decided to enjoy drinks somewhere different.

Found hotel was situated very close to Birmingham New Street Station which was great. Hotel was also close to the Bull Ring Shopping Centre and was an ideal base from which to explore the local sites of Birmingham. Found the hotel and my room to be nicely furnished/ decorated and clean. Staff on reception and on the bar, as well as in the breakfast area, were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Had a nice time at this hotel, so based on my experience, would definitely visit this hotel again!

Directions provided to walk from the Railway Station to the Hotel were very poor resulting a long walk that was not required as the hotel was only a short walk from the station.

Had a very pleasant stay, was in Birmingham for the Great Birmingham run and loved my stay here. Staff were helpful and the hotel was lovely. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you
